MSPF x kntc

Two opening nights we got to soundtrack, building the backdrop for creative moments and some genuinely interesting exchanges.

We’re grateful for the chance to draw people in with curiosity, and to explore what our music could do in a new context.

To many more to come. Big thanks to @mspfestival , @fujifilmx_ca , and the wonderful spaces we’re lucky to have in Montreal @foil.gallery & @wip.works . by @kinetic__co

kntc will be soundtracking both week 1 & 2 openings of @mspfestival

@foil.gallery (sept 4) and @wip.works the @fujifilmx_ca hub (sept 11), where local zine @extra.cheese.mag also drops.

we’re lucky to be part of a montreal scene that continues to deliberately create spaces for cultural exchange - maximizing creativity, inspiration, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

MSPF’s mission to celebrate street photography and connect its community mirrors our own: kntc exists to amplify under-celebrated sound and build spaces for storytelling and discovery. two communities built with similar ethos, meeting in this unique context.

Built by the community, for the community, MSPF is a space where local and international photographers share work, exchange ideas, and inspire one another. and kntc aims to create the same, through sound.

we bring our worlds together over these two nights.
a one-of-a-kind collab in time, fitting like a glove.

FRI.JUL.24 🇱🇧

Summer has a way of slowing everything down just enough to notice it; the long light, the cooler air as you climb higher, the sense that the season is asking you to be somewhere else for a while.

It now feels like the perfect time for a gathering almost 2000m above the sea ⛰️🌅

We’re taking over @frozencherry.co on Friday, July 24th for a cozy night with an all-local lineup of talented DJ’s

@enzokarkinli • @jadkadi • @jadmaroun16 • @juliannaman • @marccabdo

We also have the pleasure of hosting Lebanese vendors such as @buzzcutrecords, @miraze__ , @enerjaze and a few more TBA, showcasing a selection of goods fueled by their passion for their crafts. 🧶🎨🖌️

Entrance is free. We start at 5pm. Come early and catch the sunset from one of the most beautiful venues Lebanon has to offer 🌄

What a joy it was, letting that day unveil its sunny might as KNTC took over the Banque Nationale stage at @piknicmtl

@duchess1987 built the dancefloor with intention, leaving us sensitive and attuned to the range of feeling you can hold under the baby blue sky, surrounded by such heart.

@dimitrymusic brought serious, deep sexiness with a surprising flavor all his own.

And @_vincentlemieux_ no introductions needed brought his groove and closed the soirée like dessert: sweet, unhurried, exactly right.

Thank you to everyone who came to dance, wander, and wonder. Still unforgettable.

Catch you on the dancefloor again, very soon 🌞 taken in Picnik Electronik Parc Jean-drapeau by @kinetic__co

we are still savouring our march local jam.
what a beautiful thing when talent and community mesh.

Kinetic’s very own Lara Bee & Artphorm opened the night with warmth and ease, bringing everyone in and setting the tone just right. then we welcomed our dear friends Alessandroid & Shtarek and what they did to that dancefloor was undeniable.

groovy, loopy, retro-futuristic, emotional, deep, dark, sexy. every hour had its own feeling and its own character.
the lights followed the crowd’s energy all night, creating scenes that matched every turn the room took.

the party is always bigger than its parts and that’s carried by everyone in the room. we set the space, but you made the night. different every time, but always with the distinctive Kinetic flow. good people, good music, good energy.

thank you for letting us take you on this adventure and for contributing to it. this was the season opener of many more to come.

stay tuned for annoucements 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↔️.

Ending the year in Beirut with Shonky was very special. Sharing the night with Hicham and our friends at Breakfast on Mars and KNTC was the perfect cherry on top.

Thank you for bringing the right energy from start to finish. 🌹 by @kinetic__co
