Another successful athlete story;
Grant came in with a prior history of shoulder impingements, having three impingements in the past three seasons, making him a shell of his old self.

He came in this offseason for 3 months with me and Nick, with the main goal of rehab and sustaining health during his Sophomore year of college. After only being able to throw 5 pitches during his baseline bullpen and barely being able to hit 70 MPH he bought in.

After 3 months training together, hyper focused on what was actually causing this persistent discomfort in his shoulder, by attacking the surrounding fascia with soft tissue work and getting creative with pre-throw cupping and stem post. Grant exited being able to sit 79-81, during a 75 pitch exit bullpen with 0 discomfort.

Overall Arm Health 📈
Velocity 📈
Cutting everything he threw 📉

Proud of Grant for buying in and putting the work in and prioritizing development and cannot wait to see how he does at school and now that he is finally healthy where we can get his Velo to by @kinetic_ascent

Great Monday for the boys

Recap:

@jonathan_bland28 with a lifetime PR of 85.5 on pulldowns, after baselining 80.8

@isaactbagley27tx with an easy submax 79 on the mound in the zone, after cleaning up some glove sides cues that were leading to inconsistent patterns with the arm and leading to a low elbow

@kingston_po128 big unlock day feeling less restricted with the glove and avoiding the feel of muscling up the front side, which was causing early torso rotation along with gradual bad posture/ trunk flexion over time

Along with that my Heath senior outfielder @jtcross8 committed to play college baseball at Southern Arkansas University Tech

Finishing up this 3 month block with my catcher @b_cross03, video one is from October 14th, the second week we worked together, after baseline averaging 67.4 on his catcher throws and topping 69.5 once. Today we sat 74.2 and topped 75.9, up 6.4 MPH. Proud of the work he put it and now we move the chains 📈 by @kinetic_ascent
