Success isn't built on race day, it's built through the work no one sees.This week, Sasha stepped into The Strength Lab for her first session, learning new movement patterns, getting familiar with her new program, and beginning the next stage of her development using the awesome @everfit app.After an incredible 2026 season that saw her crowned Triple State Champion in the 60m, 100m and 200m, and breaking the 12 second barrier over 100m, the focus now shifts to 2027.The goal isn't to repeat last season, it's to build on it.One session at a time.
