Bigup my bro @therealkano and the team for having me on board for this memorable Xmas dinner @yourplaceuk in Newham, this part of East London has the highest rate of homelessness in London with 1 in 18 people being homeless. The total number of people homeless in London has risen 12% in a year, to a total of 187,000 people.

It was a pleasure to cook and give back to the community and see how passionate @therealkano and the team are about the borough we’re from!

I created a diverse menu consisting of 3 starters, 3 mains, and 3 desserts, I couldn’t have done it without my sous-chefs @mrscookdaily & Hendrix by my side, we prepped and cooked from A.M to A.M in the kitchen fuelled by coffee and chocolate 😁
It was tiring but well worth the graft when you see and feel the impact it has on the locals in need at this time of year, food has such a great connection to each other without having to say a single word, just a smile with a slight nod speaks a thousand words.

Thank you 🙏🏽
