Big weekend for the KE crew in Waco for the IM Waco 70.3!

The rain may have taken the swim away, but David and Joel still made the most of race day.

Joel crossed the finish line of his first ever 70.3, and David had a huge day with PRs on both the bike and the run. 👊

The team came out in full support. We loved watching these guys put in the work, encourage each other, and represent what Kingdom Endurance is all about.

What a day in Michigan!

Huge congratulations to our Kingdom Endurance teammate, @andrew_white10 on an incredible race at Ironman 70.3 Michigan! He fought through some adversity and still ended up finishing with a PR of OVER AN HOUR!

An hour doesn’t come off a 70.3 by accident. It’s the result of months of consistency, discipline, and hard work.

We put a lot of time into becoming stronger, faster, and more disciplined. And that’s a good thing, just not the ultimate thing. As hard as we train, we should be pursuing godliness even more.

But God’s promise isn’t that we’ll never get tired. It’s that when we place our hope in Him, He will renew our strength.

Whether you’re training for your next race, navigating a difficult season, or simply trying to stay faithful in the everyday, remember where your strength comes from.

This morning we had the opportunity to run alongside our friends at @justice.run for their Freedom Run. What a great way to celebrate the blessings we’ve been given.

Today we’re thankful for the country we call home and for the freedom found in Christ.

Endurance isn’t built on race day. It’s built each day when quitting feels easier than continuing.

Romans reminds us that God doesn’t waste our suffering. He uses it to produce endurance, character, and hope.

No matter what you are facing this week. Whether it is a hard workout, a difficult season, uncertainty, or a challenge you didn’t expect, keep going. God is using it for your good and His glory.

“Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope.” Romans 5:3–5
