WHAT IF YOU STOPPED CARRYING WHAT YOU ALREADY GAVE TO GOD?

Jesus said, “Do not worry about your life.” — Matthew 6:25

And honestly, that’s hard.

We worry about our marriage. Our kids. Our health. Our finances. Our future. Then we tell ourselves we’re not really worried—we’re just “concerned.”

But at some point, we have to surrender it.

Write down whatever is weighing on you and give it to God. Pray over it. Put it in a box if you need to. And every time you’re tempted to pick it back up, remind yourself:

“I already gave this to God.”

1 Peter 5:7 says, “Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.”

You don’t have to understand everything God is doing to trust Him with what’s in your hands.

Give Him the worry. Give Him the fear. Give Him the situation.

And then leave it there.

Because when you take back what you surrendered, you’re carrying something God asked you to give Him.

If you’re carrying something heavy today, comment:

“I GIVE IT TO GOD.”

Then pray over whatever you just thought about—and trust Him with it.

👉🏽Comment PEACE for a journal to help you pray through anxiety.

YOUR WORST DAY DOESN’T DEFINE YOU.

Maybe you fell again. Maybe you broke a promise you made to God. Maybe you’re ashamed of something you’ve done and you’re wondering how God could still want you after you’ve failed Him again.

But Jesus isn’t sitting on His throne shocked by your failure.

He already knew. And He still chose you.

Romans 8:1 says, “There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.”

That doesn’t mean sin doesn’t matter. It means your sin doesn’t get the final word over your identity.

The world may define you by your past. Jesus says, “Let Me tell you who you are.”

And even when your faith feels weak, God’s faithfulness doesn’t change.

You may have failed Him, but He has not failed you.

So don’t run from God because you fell.

Run back to Him.

Repent. Receive His grace. Get back up. Keep following Jesus.

If you’ve been carrying shame over something from your past, comment “JESUS IS FAITHFUL” and let that be your reminder today.

WHAT IF YOUR ADDICTIVE NATURE WASN’T THE END OF YOUR STORY?

Addiction can consume your attention, your time, your thoughts, and your desires. But what if the same intensity that has been pulling you toward something destructive could be surrendered to Christ?

You don’t have to stay trapped by what has had control over you.

Jesus can become the center of your attention, your desire, and your worship.

The Bible says, “You shall worship the Lord your God and him only shall you serve.” — Matthew 4:10

Don’t be ashamed of your past.

Bring it to Jesus.

Let Him transform what once controlled you into a life completely surrendered to Him.

So here’s the question: What are you running to when life gets hard?

Sexual temptation thrives in secrecy, isolation, and easy access. And too many men are trying to fight a battle alone that God never intended them to fight alone. If pornography has become part of your life, don’t keep calling it a “struggle” while making no changes to the environment that keeps feeding it. Scripture says, “Flee from sexual immorality.” — 1 Corinthians 6:18. Notice the command isn’t to stand there and prove how strong you are. Flee. Sometimes obedience looks like deleting the app, getting rid of the private browser, putting your phone outside the bedroom, using accountability software, changing your routines, or telling another godly man, “Brother, I need help.” Jesus used extreme language in Matthew 5:29–30 to communicate just how seriously we should treat anything that continually leads us into sin. The goal isn’t to punish yourself—it’s to remove what keeps pulling you away from holiness. And if you’re a young man thinking, “I’ll deal with this when I get married,” don’t wait. Marriage isn’t a magic eraser for pornography. Start becoming the kind of man today who can love, honor, serve, and remain faithful to his future wife. Your choices don’t only affect you; they can shape the kind of husband, father, and spiritual leader you become. Your legacy is being built by what you do when nobody is watching. So stop hiding. Stop fighting alone. Get another man in the fight with you. Put serious guardrails in place. Run from what is destroying you and run toward Christ. And if this is something you’re battling right now, don’t be ashamed to admit it. Comment “I’M GETTING IN THE FIGHT” and make that your first public step toward accountability.

Pastor Phillip Anthony Mitchel delivers a sobering message about what Scripture teaches regarding death, eternity, and the urgency of being reconciled to Jesus Christ. He challenges the idea that death is simply a period of unconscious sleep or that there will be another opportunity after this life to make things right. According to the Christian teaching reflected in this message, eternity is not something we should treat casually or assume we can deal with later. Scripture teaches that our lives are temporary, that judgment is real, and that eternal life is found in Christ alone. Jesus said, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live.” — John 11:25. This is why the message isn’t simply about being afraid of death—it’s about recognizing the value of the life you’ve been given and responding to Christ while you still have the opportunity. If you’ve been putting God off, if you’ve been living far from Him, or if you’ve felt the conviction of the Holy Spirit but keep telling yourself you’ll get serious about your faith later, don’t assume you have unlimited time. Tomorrow isn’t promised. Today is the day to turn toward Jesus. Today is the day to repent. Today is the day to take your relationship with Christ seriously.

GOD ISN’T SILENT. YOU ARE.

Some of you keep saying, “I haven’t heard from God.”

But have you actually been quiet long enough to listen?

You take your phone to the bathroom.
You scroll before you get out of bed.
You scroll while you eat.
You turn on the TV when the room gets quiet.
You fill every moment of silence with noise.

Then you wonder why you can’t hear the voice of God.

Maybe God hasn’t stopped speaking.

Maybe you’ve become too distracted to listen.

The world has trained us to fear silence because silence forces us to confront what’s happening inside of us.

But the Good Shepherd doesn’t compete with your TikTok feed.

Jesus said:

“My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.” — John 10:27 ESV

If you’re constantly feeding your mind the world’s voice, don’t be surprised when God’s voice becomes harder to recognize.

Turn it off.

Put the phone down.
Turn the TV off.
Stop consuming for a moment.
Open your Bible.
Pray.
Sit in silence.

You don’t need more noise.

You need more time with God.

And here’s the uncomfortable question:

When was the last time you intentionally got away from everything just to hear from Him?

Alison Armstrong is an American author, educator, and relationship expert known for her work studying relationships, male behavior, and the emotional dynamics between men and women.

In this video, Armstrong discusses the relationship between men, shame, and honor, challenging the idea that experiencing shame automatically means a man is dishonorable.

She argues that shame can actually reveal something different: that a man has a conscience and recognizes when his actions have fallen short of what he believes is right. In that sense, the presence of shame can serve as an indicator that honor still matters to him.

But for a Christian man, there’s an important distinction to make.

Conviction should lead you toward repentance—not keep you trapped in condemnation.

When you recognize that you’ve done something wrong, don’t run from God. Bring it into the light. Confess it. Repent. Receive His grace and allow Him to change you.

Scripture says, “Godly grief produces a repentance that leads to salvation.” — 2 Corinthians 7:10

Your shame doesn’t have to become your identity.

Let conviction lead you back to Christ.

God can’t bless the phony you.

There comes a point where you have to stop trying to become the person you think everyone else wants you to be. You don’t have to manufacture an image, change your personality, or pretend to be someone you’re not just to gain acceptance.

God created you intentionally. Your personality, your story, your experiences, and even the things that make you different can all be surrendered and used for His glory.

The moment you stop performing for people and start walking authentically before God, something changes. You stop asking, “How do I make people like me?” and start asking, “How can I faithfully become who God created me to be?”

Don’t build a life around impressing people. Build a life around honoring Jesus.

Be real. Be faithful. Be who God called you to be.

Marriage isn’t meant to be easy. It’s meant to be faithful.

Jesus didn’t treat marriage like something we walk away from the moment it becomes uncomfortable. When the Pharisees questioned Him about divorce, Jesus pointed them back to God’s original design: two becoming one.

If you’re in a difficult season of marriage, remember this: difficulty doesn’t automatically mean it’s time to leave. Marriage requires sacrifice, humility, forgiveness, patience, prayer, and intentional investment from both husband and wife.

You may not like your spouse every day. You may disagree. You may go through seasons where things feel incredibly hard. But the covenant you made wasn’t based on everything always feeling good.

Bring God into the center of your marriage. Pray together. Fight for each other. Choose forgiveness. Choose humility. Choose faithfulness.

Because what you get out of your marriage is often connected to what you’re willing to invest into it.

Religion says, “Work harder.”
Redemption says, “Christ has already done it.”

There is a massive difference between religion and the gospel.

Religion says your standing with God is determined by how well you perform—how much you pray, how good you behave, how many good things you accomplish, and how closely you can follow the rules.

But the gospel tells a completely different story.

You could never do enough to make yourself righteous before a holy God. That’s why Jesus came. He didn’t come simply to give us a better set of religious activities. He came to redeem us.

Your salvation isn’t something you earn. It’s something you receive by faith because of what Christ accomplished on your behalf.

Stop trying to earn what Jesus already paid for.

Paul Washer is a Christian evangelist and missionary known for his uncompromising call to biblical discipleship, holiness, and wholehearted devotion to Jesus Christ. His messages consistently challenge believers to examine whether they are truly living for the glory of God rather than the comforts of this world.

One of the greatest questions every Christian man should ask himself is: Where am I investing my life?

Are you investing in your relationship with Christ, or only in your career? Are you investing in becoming the husband your wife needs, the father your children can follow, and the man God has called you to be? Your family doesn’t need a more successful version of you—they need a more godly one.

Jesus taught us to pray, “Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done.” Only after that did He teach us to ask for our daily bread. The order matters. God’s glory comes before our comfort. His Kingdom comes before our ambitions.

A Kingdom man doesn’t chase wealth as his highest goal. He asks God for enough strength, provision, and daily bread to faithfully accomplish the mission God has placed before him.

Live for what will outlast this life.

⚠️ Lust never stays private.

The enemy promises a moment of pleasure but never tells you the price you’ll pay afterward. Sexual sin doesn’t just affect one night—it can damage your relationship with God, your future marriage, your family, your witness, and your peace.

But here’s the good news: freedom is possible through Jesus Christ.

Freedom begins with honesty. Ask God to search your heart and expose the root of your temptation—not just the symptoms. Then bring your struggle into the light by confessing it to mature, godly believers who will pray for you, encourage you, and hold you accountable with love and truth.

Finally, do what Scripture says: run. Don’t negotiate with temptation. Don’t see how close you can get without falling. Flee from it. Remove the app. Leave the room. Put down the phone. Change the environment. Whatever it takes, run toward Christ instead of entertaining sin.

The temporary pleasure of lust can never compare to the lasting joy, peace, and freedom found in Jesus. The Holy Spirit doesn’t just forgive you—He empowers you to overcome.

Stop managing the fruit.

Kill the root.
