Pulled from a random blister at Target… in 2006.

1996–97 SkyBox E-X2000 Credentials — /499

Featuring rookie Kobe Bryant.

Went back and cleared the rest of the packs.
Lightning struck twice… also pulled a Reggie Miller Credentials the same day.

For those who know 90s inserts, Credentials were on another level —
serial numbered to just 499, tough pulls, and one of the earliest serial-numbered chase cards of the era.

Pulled from a Target blister.
Held onto ever since.

That’s the hobby magic.

Conquering heroes and collecting trophies – Doctor Doom reigns supreme, as @wild_inx_ken @wild_inx_studioz skillful hand brings this epic showdown to life. Pencils, brushes, and metallic accents unite to craft a unique masterpiece from Upper Deck Marvel Beginnings where victory wears a sinister mask. 🎨🦸‍♂️🕷

Conquest Unveiled: Doctor Doom’s Triumph Over Spider-Man

In a breathtaking twist of fate, the tides of destiny shifted as Doctor Doom’s meticulous plan unfolded, culminating in a stunning victory over none other than Spider-Man himself. With calculated precision, Doom’s intellect and dark powers outmatched the web-slinger’s every move, leading to an electrifying showdown that would forever alter the course of history.

As the city lights dimmed and the clash of titans ensued, Doom’s relentless assault left Spider-Man reeling, his once-unyielding spirit tested to its limits. The battle reached its crescendo, a brilliant display of Doom’s mastery over technology and mysticism overpowering Spider-Man’s resilience.

And then it happened – the pivotal moment that would etch itself into the annals of time. With a swift and decisive strike, Doom rendered Spider-Man incapacitated, a fallen hero at his feet. With a triumphant sneer, Doom seized the ultimate prize: Spider-Man’s mask, a symbol of the hero’s unwavering resolve, now a chilling trophy of Doom’s undeniable conquest.

Some artwork captures a character.

Some artwork captures a presence.

This massive original graphite piece by the incredibly talented Pepe Valencia measures approximately 20” x 15” and showcases Doctor Doom in all his commanding glory. From the intricate armor details to the masterful shading, every inch of the composition demands attention.

The swirling ether energy gathering around Doom’s gauntlet creates a sense of movement and power, while the depth achieved through graphite alone is nothing short of extraordinary. The larger format allows every texture, shadow, and contour to shine, revealing new details each time you study the piece.

The hardest part? Letting it leave long enough for professional framing. Fortunately, a piece of this caliber deserves nothing less.

This isn’t just a drawing.

It’s a statement from Latveria.

What stands out most to you: the armor detail, the energy effects, or the incredible shading work? 👇
