MEN NEED TO RELEASE TOO.
The Bible says, “I cried unto the LORD with my voice, and he heard me.” Psalm 3:4

David cried and lamented, he also poured his heart out before God. Even Jesus himself showed deep emotion.

Sometimes a man has been holding so much inside that he doesn’t even know how to explain what he’s feeling anymore. The pressure, disappointment, grief, anger, fear, responsibilities… it all builds up. And sometimes you just need to CRY OUT.

Screaming in a safe place can be a form of emotional release. It can help you get some of that built-up tension out of your body, acknowledge what you’re actually feeling, and create space to calm down and process what’s going on instead of continuing to bottle everything up.

Being a man doesn’t mean you have to pretend you’re not hurting, you can be strong and still need to release.

But don’t release your pain on everybody around you. Find a safe place Outside and cry, scream into a pillow. What helps me is prayer talk to somebody you trust. Then bring that pain before the Most High.

“Pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us.” — Psalm 62:8

Sometimes healing begins when you finally stop holding everything in.

Don’t return to your old ways just because you’re going through a trial, Seek God even more in the midst of it.

Don’t lean on your own understanding, trying to figure everything out or assuming what God wants you to do learn to be still and Pray, Seek Him, Listen then Obey.

Sometimes God allows you to walk through the wilderness not because He has abandoned you, but because He is teaching you to depend on Him.

Jesus didn’t teach us to be led by fear, emotions, or our own understanding. He taught us to seek the Father while trusting Him.So when the pressure comes, don’t go back to who you used to be. Let the trial draw you closer to Him not back to your old ways.

Too many people stop believing because they don’t see it happening fast enough.

But God is still working behind the scenes.

Miracles don’t always arrive on our timeline, but they always arrive on His. Stay faithful. Stay obedient. Don’t give up before your breakthrough, Miracles still happen.

So I would’ve talked about how everything led up to this revelation and me talking about this dream, but it would’ve been another 3 minutes. So I’m going to put it in the caption.

I went to church, and the pastor was talking about love above everything, above faith, above healing the sick, and above prophecies. He also preached about having faith. Then, about an hour after church, one of my brothers called me about being baptized. About an hour later, I went into prayer, and God put this dream back into my mind!!
