life been feeling like scenes lately. ATL for BE 🅾️UT DAY. good people, good conversations, familiar faces in unfamiliar places. got to tap in with our @sixstarsllc family, cross paths with some Rattlers who left the Hill and kept climbing future doctors and people really becoming who they said they would be. To my people cheers to the future. somewhere between enjoying the moment and realizing the vision keeps getting bigger. FAMU raised the standard. Purpose is bigger than the platform. Grateful for the opportunity to partner with the Florida Civil Rights Museum and pour into the next generation of entrepreneurs, leaders, and changemakers. If one student left believing in themselves a little more, then the assignment was worth it. Entrepreneurship isn’t about building a business it’s about creating value, solving problems, and leaving people better than you found them. The mission continues. Grace and peace. 🙏🏾 #JullionGriffin #Leadership #Entrepreneurship #Purpose #YouthLeadership GraceAndPeace taken in Florida State University by @kingjullion

“I was once sitting in those same seats.” I used to be the student searching for someone to look up to. Now, by GODS grace, I get to stand before the next generation and remind them that their future is bigger than their circumstances. Success isn’t just about making it it’s about reaching back and helping someone else believe they can too. Each one. Teach one. 🙏🏾 #JullionGriffin #YouthLeadership #Leadership #Purpose #Entrepreneurship SegulahStrategies “I CAN.” I asked the students to stand if they had ever felt overlooked, underestimated, or like they were just another number. One by one, they stood. Then they looked around the room… and realized they weren’t standing alone. That’s the power of community. That’s the power of being seen. Our youth don’t just need opportunities they need someone to help them believe they’re capable before the world tells them they aren’t. Sometimes, the biggest transformation starts with two words: I CAN. ❤️ #YouthLeadership #Entrepreneurship #Leadership #JullionGriffin #SegulahStrategies “The more hands you shake, the more bands you make.” My father told me that years ago, and it changed the trajectory of my life. It pushed me to move to Tallahassee, earn my real estate license just months after high school, and realize that relationships will take you where talent alone can’t. Now I make it a priority to shake every student’s hand. Because one conversation, one connection, or one person believing in you can change the direction of your life. You never know which handshake will change your future. 🤝 #JullionGriffin #Leadership #Networking #Entrepreneurship #SegulahStrategies “Your gift will make room for you.” Proverbs 18:16. Every room I’ve walked into wasn’t because I had all the answers it was because I was willing to show up and steward the gift GOD gave me. Your story matters. Your history matters. One day, someone else’s breakthrough may begin with your testimony. God never designed your life to be lived with limits. His desire is that you walk in purpose, abundance, and use your gifts to impact others. Don’t hide your gift. The world is waiting on it. 🙏🏾 #Purpose #Faith #Leadership #Julli taken in Grace & Peace by @kingjullion

They made a prediction about my life. They were wrong. Every setback became preparation. Every closed door became another reason to keep believing. Today, I don’t stand on stages because I have all the answers I stand on them because I’ve lived through the questions. I’m grateful for every opportunity to share my story and remind people that your circumstances don’t get the final say. As the founder of Segulah Strategies, my mission is to create spaces where people are challenged to lead with purpose, faith, and authenticity. This is only the beginning. Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing moments from this message that shaped my journey. Tomorrow’s clip dives even deeper into the story don’t miss it. Thank you @fcrmuseum , Grace and peace. 🙏🏾 #SegulahStrategies #GraceAndPeace #Leadership #Purpose PublicSpeaker Storytelling Faith Transformation YourStoryMatters taken in Boys and Girls Club by @kingjullion

📍 MIAMI. 🌴 Every level begins with a decision. @oaf.ent 🅾️nly A Few. Wear the vision before the world recognizes it. 🌃 The view gets different when the vision gets bigger. Full circle. Growing up in Jacksonville, Bigga Rankin was one of the voices that helped shape the culture. Fast forward, and I’m working alongside his daughter and son while hearing him perform backstage at Tally Strip Fest. God has a way of turning inspiration into proximity. Keep showing up. The rooms will change. 🙏🏽📈 Less proving. More building. Less talking. More becoming. Your story is being written whether you’re ready or not. Make it worth telling. 🎟️ 1,300+ tickets… while we were in another city. Build systems that win even when you’re away. Shoutout the FEW 🅾️ Behind every light… …is a story nobody saw. Everybody sees the nightlife. I see the relationships behind it. We didn’t just pray for success. We prayed for opportunity. Watching someone who once supported the vision from the ground level now return to celebrate it differently… That’s growth. That’s God’s timing. The strongest CEOs aren’t the ones who do everything. They’re the ones who build a team that can win without them. While I was in Miami, the foundation back home continued to execute. To every OAF leader, ambassador, creative, DJ, photographer, volunteer, and partner thank you for protecting the vision. This isn’t my success. It’s 🅾️URS. The best meetings don’t happen in boardrooms. They happen wherever purpose finds people. Some conversations don’t create content… They create the next chapter. Honor the people who walked the path before you. It gets greater later.. Trust me 🙏🏾 GOD Bless The Ⓜ️oguls. 🙏🏽 Keep building. Keep serving. Keep believing. The journey is only beginning. taken in Miami, Florida by @kingjullion
