Mental health is not just mental health.

To every natural, there is a supernatural.

You’ve tried all the modalities in the natural….

What you’re going through is not natural. It’s supernatural.

You need to fight this war in the correct arena. With the correct tools

THE WORD OF GOD.

You don’t need more information.

You need a revelation of who you are in Christ Jesus.

You need a fresh revelation of your rights as a kingdom citizen.

STOP NEGATIVE THOUGHTS.

THE ENEMY COMES TO STEAL KILL AND DESTROY

DESTROY YOUR SELF ESTEEM

DESTROY YOUR SELF CONFIDENCE

DESTROY YOUR BELIEF IN YOURSELF

GOD FORBID

YOU WERE MADE BY AN INTELLIGENT DESIGNER

WHO WAS DETERMINED TO DEPOSIT YOU ON EARTH

YOU BETTER ACT LIKE YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!!!!

I LOVE YOU

Humility is not obscurity.
Humility is the ability to see yourself clearly.

LOSE YOUR PRIDE

PRIDE IS NOT ALWAYS SELF PROMOTION

PRIDE IS FEAR OF FAILURE

PRIDE IS PERFECTIONISM

PRIDE IS SELF PRESERVATION

You are so concerned with how people perceive you, that you neglect opportunities to serve!!!!!!

You are a vessel.
Your talents.
Your traits.
Your lived experiences.

Who allowed you to experience them?
Who is allowing you to breathe right now?

How can you bear witness to the growth God has allowed you to come to in your life

You are placing yourself at the center every time you partner with fear.

STOP SHRINKING.

holistic wellness: prayer, praise, petition, pushups, pickup, squats & sit-ups…

I lived out of 11 hotels when I moved to NYC, this is how I got it done.

I still don’t have a home gym🙃
