Over 100 years of New York lives in this one frame.
In the foreground, the cast iron and brick stand exactly as they did a century ago. Weathered, proud, with fire escapes that have seen generations come and go.
Behind them, glass and steel reach higher, catching the sky.

The old hands built the streets we walk on. The new hands are building the skyline we look up to.

But New York doesn’t erase its history. It layers it.
The past doesn’t get replaced. It gets honored, and then built upon.
