Lysterfield 26”.
It’s always a good time with the boys.
A very large amount of riding was done and fit into a small reel.

bikes, banter and barbecues.
I’ll take being in the hills on a bike anyday over being on an online game all weekend.
Feels good to be outside even if the weather turned on us a little bit.
Keen to head back and find some different stuff👌🏼 by @kingromp

“LONG POST”

Crooked teeth.
“Show me a BIG SMILE”
“Smile with your teeth”
Are words that every person with crooked or crowded teeth, fear.
Ever since very early stages of primary school I’ve had crooked teeth.
Going through high school with crooked teeth was horrible for me.
I HATED it.
From getting school photos, photos with my mates or even just biting into an apple and seeing the imprint of what my teeth made is a terrible feeling.
Believe me when I say it, I have never smiled with my teeth in photos. Every photo I have from 5 years ago is with my mouth closed.
Brushing my teeth was a chore, mouth guards were a definite NO and braces at the time were way too expensive.

Fast forward to July 1st of 2021
I was fortunate enough to be in a position to afford braces.
Now, I wasn’t able to just “get” braces.

I had in total 8 teeth removed at one time, 4 wisdom teeth, 2 top ones and 2 bottom ones. I had to get my teeth cleaned and a few fillings done prior, before the procedure could even start.
Multiple trips to dentists and orthodontists also many kilometres down the highway. It seemed like such an effort for teeth, but I knew once I made the first visit, I was on my way to a better more confident me.

I can’t thank simply orthodontics in Horsham enough for such a transformation. They educated me along the way, gave me everything I needed to stay in check until my next visit and were super professional and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable about my situation.
To say it hasn’t changed my life would be an absolute lie.
On Monday the 13th of April 2026 I finally got my braces removed!!!
249 weeks, 57 months, 4.7 years of waiting.

So…to anyone pondering the thought about braces, even if you’re older, do not hesitate.
You will thank yourself.
Please Feel free to reach out and message me if you have any questions about braces or my journey with braces, I would love to be able to share my experience🤜🏼🤛🏼 by @kingromp

Usually for squats I do warm up reps to what I think is a heavy number, then take some weight of to do my working weight sets.
Today was 160kg single rep then back down for 3 sets of 12 at 130kg’s.
Pretty stoked with progress so far.
I feel that priming my nervous system for heavy weight helps me with my working sets, it really does make me think that it’s “light” when I take 30kg’s off the barbell.
I dont know if it’s any good for you, but whatever works right? 😅
If anyone has some insight on how to take my squats to the next tier shoot through a DM, I’m always open minded to weight training.

When I got my first ever vinyl wrap roll,
I had no idea what to do with it.
All I knew is that I wanted to cover everything in carbon fibre.
Bike parts, car panels, car interiors, badges and more. I even ended up covering the top of my acoustic guitar.
From doing things for absolutely free to getting my first ever paying job, I thought maybe I could make something of it.
I continued to invest time into learning new skills and with that I wanted to wrap my very own car for the first time.
With some late nights, in all kinds of weather under my dad’s carport with nothing but blue fluro lights, a heat gun, patience and some hope, I completed a full vinyl wrap for the very first time.
After that, you could say I was hooked.

At one point I thought maybe it wasn’t for me? Maybe I should just give it up. Not many people wanted to wrap things, I had no interest in new or potential jobs and it all came to a stop. But I didn’t.

As time went on, I got certified for vehicle wrap installation, paint protection film and window tint.
3 years ago I started working for myself to pursue my hobby, not knowing how to be a boss, just knowing how to work.
To this day I don’t see my career as “work”
I love what I do.

Fast forward 13 years, to this very moment today, I am very privileged and forever grateful to say that I got the keys to my very first shop.
More space, no blue lights and still the same hope.

I want to thank everyone who has made this journey what it is today. I really couldn’t have done it without everyone’s support along the way.
I couldnt achieve this without you.

So here’s to a new adventure, more new memories and the same Rompa with passion and a dream. by @kingromp
