Huge thank you to Hideshi 🙏 Not only did he surprise me with an incredible hand-painted piece of me pitching for the Cardinals, but he also gave Sabrina and me the ultimate Japan experience — taking us to local yakitori spots off the tourist trail where we could really immerse ourselves in the culture. Better Mechanics on the glove throw than my regular throw.. Jokes aside

Watch until the end to see the amazing change after just 2 sessions. Ryan is a professional baseball pitcher who has been struggling with a shoulder injury for the past 3 years. He tried everything else with no success. Holden used the MyoAlign technique to unravel his entire body, creating improved symmetry, increased range of motion, and better overall function, all while greatly reducing his shoulder pain. by @kingsherriff
