Huge shout out to the lads at @kingstarmma on their interclubs yesterday at @fightstarinterclub

Kingstar is where I’ve trained since I started Muay Thai and martial arts and ultimately led me to lose weight and launch GYM NASTY.

Such a brilliant setup by Fightstar and the lads at Kingstar and everyone involved absolutely smashed it. Controlled competition and growing together. taken in Manchester, United Kingdom by @kingstarmma
