You told me you were ready years ago when we were kids & I still find that wild! Growing together has taught me that loving you feeds my soul with all that I need. Cheers to many more rewarding years full of a love to remember. My fiancée said yes!! 💍❤️🥂@campodegirasol

Also special thank you to @ecdiamondstoronto

Honoured to teach my own material at my old high school! My experience in the sport of boxing and lessons I’ve learned that have given me strength and confidence to do better for myself. Speaking with these youths and seeing the bursts of personality and growth-potential was a sweet time with a solid crew! ✊🏾😌 taken in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Secondary School by @kingtheboxer

Had an amazing time volunteering time at J.R. Wilcox school! The objective of the talk and workout day was to address the topics of verbal abuse towards each other and better decision-making in toxic situations. I believe that everyone who participated walked away feeling stronger mentally and more confident in the way that they carry themselves. It’s a beautiful thing to see a child register a message and then apply it to their life. Will be back soon!! taken in J.R. Wilcox Community School by @kingtheboxer

Not a lot of people understand the full prep that goes into the management end of preparing a fighter for a seamless victory once it comes to the heat of fight-night. Very proud of the unit known as T2B this past weekend. There wasn’t a step in the ring that hadn’t already been taken in training before Ms.Sugar got in. Shoutout Coach Cannon, Sergei, Bruiser, and Star, Chanel, Director Mo, and the list goes on. Great job squad. The effort showed and paid off! taken in Niagara Falls Convention Centre by @kingtheboxer

When kids take a break from TV, cell phones, and the Internet, it’s cool how they are forced to engage the real world— real people, real activities, and real emotions! The kind of encouragement and nurture kids receive at camp makes it the the right environment to endure setbacks, try new things, and see that improvement comes when you work on something!

I had a great time doing my thing running a boxing lesson for the kids in this week’s March Break camp!! taken in Milton, Ontario by @kingtheboxer
