WILT CHAMBERLAIN!!!! Today I surpassed a milestone in my fitness journey @studio729.fitness, 100 Class benchmark. It hasn’t been easy waking up at 4:30am 4-5 days a week to make it to a 5:30am class, but sometimes you have to do what needs to be done. There has definitely been times when that alarm goes off and I just want to be like, “Fuk that class!” But as hard as it is to get up, once I actually make it to the gym and complete the workout, I’m better. I’m thankful for all the trainers and staff at 729. Most importantly I’m thankful for my dawg, @kingtone619. He’ll complain just as much as I do during some of these workouts he and the team puts together. Just because he a trainer and makes this shit look effortless, it’s still tough regardless who’s doing it. So I appreciate you blood (🤣) for not letting me give up on myself so easy and pushing me to better myself. Not just for me but for my family! I’m grateful for your time and friendship. To all of the studio 729 family and crew, I say thank you all as well. Holding me accountable and not allowing me to slack! Cheers to another 100!! by @kingtone729

G R A N D O P E N I N G!!🏁

Last Saturday we held our grand opening for @studio729.fitness. I can honestly say the day was nothing short of amazing. None of this would be possible without GOD, so he gets all the credit but I also wanted to thank everyone who took time out of their lives to come out to show support for the business and my team. I also want to send a special Thank you to @authenticallyalexdixon and @7goldbutterflies for always pushing me to believe in myself and to do more.

I can only describe the feeling as dreaming with my eyes open… If there is something that you want to do but it seems terrifying or scary, do it anyway terrified and scared. You will be glad you did 🙌🏾
