Most hoopers miss off the bounce because their upper body is rushing to catch up with their feet. If you want to stop on a dime and shoot with perfect balance, you need to master this exact sequence:1️⃣ The Pound Dribble: Drop your last dribble violently. A soft bounce slows you down and lets the defender recover. A hard pound forces the ball directly into your hip pocket.2️⃣ The Anchor Foot: Plant your inside foot hard. If driving right, plant your left foot to kill your forward momentum so you do not drift.3️⃣ The Match: The ball must hit your shooting hand at the exact millisecond your feet set.
