Happy 45th Birthday to my person… my family.💗

Life has given us highs so beautiful and lows so heavy they could’ve broken us but somehow through every season, every storm, every tear and every triumph you stayed. You rode beside me through the trenches most people wouldn’t survive and you never once let go of my hand. 👯‍♀️

Cancer tested both of us in ways people will never fully understand. Everyone sees the sick patient but they rarely see the closest ppl carrying the fear, the sleepless nights, the panic, the prayers, the strength it takes to love someone through uncertainty. You carried me through all of it. The panic calls. The check-ins. The “Do you know who the fuck you are?” reminders when I forgot my own strength. You became my safe place when life felt unbearable. 🥹

You are the friend that shows up no matter the season or occasion. The one call away. One text away. The one who can silence chaos just by being present. My calm. My patience. My comfort. My laughter. My home away from home. The only thing I’ve ever hated about loving you is the miles between us bc no amount of time together ever feels like enough. Hours pass like minutes when I’m with you and every goodbye feels too heavy.☹️

I hope you know what you mean to me in this lifetime. I hope you know that some friendships are so deep they become soul ties, the kind that even death itself could never touch. I love you past death. Forever before and forever after. Happy Birthday to one of the greatest loves of my life. ♾️💕

This birthday feels different… because last year, I was fighting for my life just to see this day.🥊

There were moments I didn’t know if I’d make it here. Moments that changed me, broke me, rebuilt me. Although I’m still healing, still finding my way back to myself… I’m here and that alone is a blessing I will never take lightly again.🥹

Life, time, and health are not promises they are privileges.😌

So don’t sweat the small things. Don’t hold onto what doesn’t matter. Love harder. Show up for the people who truly see you, who truly love you, who truly matter.
