Manifesting is real

Recently I felt the urge to shoot more editorials. But the truth is, you mainly get the jobs you post about. And if I posted anything at all it’s been mainly story reposts. I was actually about to plan a passion project with a friend instead of waiting for an editorial job opportunity.
But the universe had its own plans. While i was on my way to another job I got my daily dose of doomscrolling and saw a post of Fafa looking for dop in Switzerland. Not even 3 days later I was in Zurich shooting this beautiful project with a small but great team. It’s crazy how you often just have to be active on social media to get jobs and find opportunities to create. So long story short: here are some impressions of our latest project. S/o to Laura & Fafa for trusting my work and bringing me onto the project.

(almost) only work related.

(2/2) ty 2025

2025 started unexpected. I had my first job at Parc des princes and the second in Marrakech. Worked a couple times at the Adidas HQ and at Europe’s biggest Hiphop festivals. Had more than 37+ trips to more than 18 different cities.

I’m So grateful for the journey and everything that comes with it. Could never imagine 13 years back that this video thing would take me around the world.

After 2024, which was my most intense year ever(!) with even bigger milestones like Tokio, Nairobi, Lagos, Accra & Medellin, I tried to take a step back and focus on my wellbeing. Never thought that recharging can be this challenging.😅 & because I still haven’t found the perfect work life balance I will carry on in 2026 and shift to work more on my mental than on profit. Even when the tax office is praying on my downfall 🥲

So if you read all of this I appreciate you, your support your love and time. AND Because this wanted to be a work related post: THANK YOU to all my clients, partners, collaborators and likeminded people around me who make this journey possible. I’m so happy that i can be myself at work and don’t have to try hard to fit in ❤️

Long story short: I’m very excited for the upcoming year especially because it starts with me getting a year older. How have I already lived through 1/3 of my life!?…

I’ll most definitely delete this app every now and then but I mostly will always get back to your messages sooner or later. 🤞🏽 by @kingxsoda
