TWENTY SIX TWO!!For the one possibly considering-- Enjoy every moment. Enjoy the long runs. Enjoy the joint pain. Enjoy the ice baths, the 4 a.m. weekday wake-up calls, the acupuncture therapy. Enjoy the carb-loading and excessive hydrating. Even the blisters, bruises and chafing. You'll learn to lean into the pain. I started distance running solely for the sake of very much hating it, but knowing I can do hard things. Today was pretty big for the 13 y/o girl who started her fitness journey with a set of 20lb dumbbells in her parents' basement, doing a three-day split program her mom @julesbeshhh made her. She's living her wildest dream!@taylorgable , I can't think of a day that you didn't remind me how strong I am. Thank you for holding the vision for me, even on days when I didn't. You're the embodiment of support, encouragement and selflessness. by @kinley.wx
