‘To You And Not Time’ is now available for purchase on bandcamp (includes bonus tracks + some writing) and streaming everywhere

I recommend you take it on a walk with your favorite headphones and let late winter wash over you. Try to get away from people, if you’re able. Nothing against ‘em, but I think this will make a lot more sense if you can focus on the silhouettes of naked branches, the dead grass, the cold air stinging your nose, etc. Not because I’m saying my music deserves this special attention, but you certainly do!

This is a bizarre project, born of a harsh yet beautiful winter, loneliness, a crisis of faith, and my first independent foray into production/computer music. I hope there is at least one track on here for every sort of person. Thanks for listening and as with anything I make, I hope it moves you in some way!

Love,
 Steph by @kinriverworks

today I dropped the hyped up version of YUNO! on all streaming platforms. I think it’s the way the song is best digested. With that, I lay it to rest. Link in bio — 4 reel elves only. Thank you Sofie for your wonderful drawing <3 #hyperpop #electronicelf by @kinriverworks

The music video for YUNO! is out now, link in my bio

Thank you Ivor, Ariana and Tara for showing me a love that allows me to utterly embarrass myself and still feel held and have fun <3 less lonely, the elf

Special thank you to Ivor who put in a level of time and effort in the edit that is so above and beyond what I could have imagined or would have thought to ask for on such an impromptu (and ultimately ridiculous) video. #musicvideo #elf #indiepop by @kinriverworks

“Burrow” is out now! ⚔️ We made this one exactly a year ago during a blizzard, so give it a spin while there’s still snow on the ground. Music and production by both of us, lyrics, mix, and master by Steph, art by the one and only @sylviaatwood by @kinriverworks

I’m excited to announce that an EP titled ‘To You And Not Time’ will be available everywhere on 2/28 and is currently available for pre-order on Bandcamp. Pre-ordering will give you access to some writing I did at the time of making the songs, a bonus track or two, and the written out lyrics.

Last winter, I holed up on shelter island for nearly 2 months and this EP is a selection from the music that resulted. I was and still am pretty baffled that this is the kind of music I made, and I look forward to confounding you as well :) thank you Eden @all.st.nyc for the pictures by @kinriverworks
