Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you. Thank you for my mom, dad, and sister. Thank you for the friends who have blessed my life and have brought me closer to you. For the many blessings of my life, I’m so grateful for a God who is good and loving. So grateful for the grace of the Lord to send his Son. So grateful for the courage of Jesus to take upon the sin of our world and do it while feeling all the emotions that make us human. Thank you for loving us through our shortcomings and mistakes and encouraging us to forgive. To forgive ourselves and those around us, for we do not have all the answers. Thank you for seeing us as individuals, intentionally made as we are. Thank you for the perspective shift you offer us and the encouragement to let go of the control we so often feel we need in our lives. Thank you for working when nothing else felt like it did. Thank you for the choice. Thank you for the strength of kindness. I pray for those who are curious and feel the need to know more, may they seek you. I pray for those who need the courage to take their next step. I pray for those who need to feel a little less alone. I pray for those who may have received harsh judgments, find truths in Your word. I pray to serve you, dear Lord, in the journey you have ahead of me. In Jesus’s name, I pray, Amen. 8.2.26🤍 by @kinseyn_11
