💽EARLY REFLECTIONS — OUT NOW

Available on all major streaming platforms.

The first single from Analogue 98.

Built entirely around analogue sound sources, raw electronic textures and minimal industrial rhythms, “Early Reflections” explores the space between machine-driven grooves and atmospheric sound design.

A stripped-back electro piece shaped by texture, repetition and movement.

Note:

Built this one completely from scratch.

The drums, bassline, textures and all the sounds came from simple Operator patches — no samples, no presets. Just experimenting with synthesis and shaping everything until it started to feel like its own world.

Nothing too complicated, just really enjoying the process of making sound from almost nothing.

Note:
There’s something about being completely lost in the process.

Building sounds, shaping ideas, listening back, changing things, and sometimes just letting the track breathe.

This is where I feel most alive.

A new project, working mainly with analog gear and building the sounds live.

A little look at the process — recording the lines, tweaking the parameters, running things through the hardware and shaping the sound as it happens.

No fixed formula, just building the track piece by piece and seeing where the process takes it.

Built this one from the ground up, using Operator in Ableton as the main sound source.

The drums, bass, synth lines and textures were all created and shaped with Operator, then processed and layered to build the track.

It’s always interesting to see how much you can get out of a simple FM synth when you start from an empty patch.

A closer look at how this track was built.

Every line you hear — drums, bass, synths, textures and other elements — was created from scratch using Ableton’s Operator and its built-in analog-style processing.

No samples, no presets, no ready-made loops. Just simple synthesis, modulation, processing and a lot of small decisions that slowly turned into the final sound.

I wanted to keep the process simple and see how far I could take a few basic tools by shaping them in different ways.

Still learning, still experimenting — but I really like what these simple sounds can become.
