I was a lifer. When I got clean even after 4 months people who I knew couldn’t believe it at all. If I can do it I know anyone can do it.

I just wanted to say I’m not against people who are normal smoking and drinking, but if you have an issue with it like I did I promise you you can be so so so much more happy and fulfilled. I’ve actually never felt true unadulterated happiness until I got clean and started believing in god 🙏

In one of these clips i was in the hospital after a serious overdose. I’m lucky to even be alive right now. People are dying everyday… the hard stuff is honestly super wack and it’s sad that it’s normalized.

I believe in every one of you who is struggling right now 🥺💕 we do recover.

This is my expert opinion as someone who’s main flaw always has been gossip. I’ve been examining why I’ve done that, and I realize it’s a projection thing I do when I don’t wanna look at myself. People who I know who are secure they want nothing to do with it, they just genuinely don’t pay others mind unless they’re directly doing something that is harmful.

I’m not coming for anyone by the way, I understand people have to do what they have to do to get exposure and it’s a tough game but ME personally I don’t really care about getting big numbers if it means I have to become some version of myself I don’t like. I understand and appreciate the hustle of other creators and whatever they have to do to get there. For me though I don’t want the people who follow me to be some meaningless number, I want them to be people who really truly care, who have a meaningful reason to be on my page. Even if it’s only a small amount of them.

Also I know people who educate on gym form are just trying to spread a message and maybe they post something that’s all over the internet already but it could be someone else’s first time seeing it, I do understand that concept but when it comes to gym advice content I just think to myself.. someone else who’s more qualified has done this better. I’m all for posting my fitness transformation, as well as citing things that work for me… but as I don’t have formal training I don’t think it’s my place to give people hard advice on their form or split. I have seen under qualified people giving terrible advice or even selling advice and it’s kind of messed up imo.

I’m sure this is a big thing for many of us, and we have to unlearn that way of thinking in order to reach our full potential. Healing journey is not linear, you can be doing so well for yourself and you still feel like that person who you are so far from being now.
