My heart is so full.

To my course mates, my family, and my friends, thank you for every quiet cheer, every prayer, every "you can do this" when I needed it most. This moment carries all of you in it. 💛 💛

Nobody told me that being a school leader would feel like this. 😅

They told me about the vision, the mission, the curriculum.
They didn't tell me about the days you question everything.
The parent complaints. The staff who need managing.
The child who is struggling and you don't know how to reach them.

They didn't tell me that the most important skill isn't academic but emotional. It's patience. It's the ability to show up, even when you're tired, and still make every child feel seen.

But here's what I've learned 👇👇👇
📍The hard days are building something in you.
📍Every challenge is a classroom.
📍And the schools that last are the ones led by people who never stopped learning themselves.

To every school leader reading this, you are doing harder work than most people will ever understand. Keep going. 💪

It's been a minute. I'm back. 👋

I stepped away from social media for a while heads-down, learning, growing quietly.

Most times, it’s because they memorized it but did not truly understand it.

Memorization without understanding fades fast.
But when a child understands something, it stays longer and makes more sense.

That’s why real learning is not just about remembering facts it’s about comprehension.

Teach for understanding first.
Memory will follow.
