I have just completed my third round of chemotherapy and I have great news! 🎊The tumor found in my chest months ago was once the size of a small grapefruit 🍊 AND NOW it is the size of small apricot! Nearly cut in half in size!! Treatment is working and the end is near. This is my mom Jennifer 💕and she has accumulated quite a bit of sun damage in her days. 😅

Fortunately, she has a daughter who has been testing every laser and skincare product on her since I’ve started aesthetics 11 years ago and she now wears SPF religiously. 🫶

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is a light-based treatment that targets brown spots and redness under the skin. The light is absorbed by the pigment and blood vessels, breaks them up, and your body clears them away. The result is clearer, brighter, more even skin.

What it’s great for: ☀️ Sun spots and age spots 🟤 Freckles and uneven skin tone 🌹 Redness, flushing, and rosacea 🔴 Broken capillaries and spider veins on the face ✨ Overall dullness and sun damage

What to expect: • Feels like a quick rubber band snap • Little to no downtime • Brown spots may darken and flake off over 1–2 weeks (that’s it working!) • Most people see the best results in 1-5 sessions

Before I get to the spa, my cat Sesame actually wakes me up first everyday while I’m in bed. She loves to climb all over me and meow for breakfast 😂 🐾 but after that I like to get to work early to:

* Ground myself for the day
* Set the intention
* Follow up on any post procedures from the day before
* Look over charts and history for each client for the day
* Sometimes stretch if I don’t do it at the apartment ( girl in my 30’s) 💀 stretch always
