Japan film I never posted! This was a transformative trip for me. Experiencing new cultures and ways of life always helps me self reflect and realize what’s truly important to me. I love fall and movement so much. I think about my dance life probably at least once a day. It shaped me into the woman I am today and I need to do it more. This is me more just moving my body and connecting with nature. A tree literally held up my phone for this. Shoutout trees. So hard for me to share dance videos because I want perfection but that shi doesn’t exist. Feeling: grateful for a body that allows me to move in all the ways I love. by @kiralikesrocks

Summer 💥

I sat and watched the fireworks dance beautifully across the sky. Each explosion unique in its own way but I still caught myself doing something so human. Comparing. How silly it is that I can’t just enjoy. I compare fireworks, flowers, sunsets, places, my life, my body, my progress, myself. I measure my worth against others and if I feel like I’ve done enough. Everyday I write to-do lists packed with ambition and hope and feel utterly deflated when I haven’t crossed off every single thing. As if my life and worth is valued in productivity. Sometimes I think the world has lost the art of noticing. We’re constantly on the move. I’m not saying there’s not value in working hard and trying to be your best self. But there is also value in being still.

What if we let go of comparison? What if we sat still for a moment, in the quiet, and remembered that we are human beings, not human doings?

Maybe I don’t have to finish everything. Maybe I don’t have to be everything.

Maybe being here, fully present in this breath, this moment, this miracle of being alive is the point. by @kiralikesrocks

Bachelor of science is a noble pursuit, but poetry & art & love is what we stay alive for.

I am so grateful for my education at BYU. I have no idea what I’m going to do tomorrow or in 5 years and how exciting that is! BYU was intellectually enlarging and truly character building. My favorite classes were sociology of race and ethnicity, anatomy, mind body health, and more! All of these professors (and more) made a memorable impact on my growth! I really have not fully processed that my time at BYU has come to a close but I’m so happy I chose to attend 5 years ago. I love the human body and exercise&wellness. 🫶🏻🫶🏻 by @kiralikesrocks

I have always loved nature and everything in it - including rainbows. To me rainbows signify the promise of hope and renewal after the floods. joy cometh. I’m so grateful for my life. I’m excited to continue to grow, learn, and start anew.

Its colors speak of light renewed,
Of peace where chaos once ensued.
A bridge between what’s lost and found,
A quiet hope, profound, unbound.

Not in the storm’s fierce, roaring song,
But after, when the heart feels strong,
The rainbow whispers, soft and clear,
“Through every shadow, I appear.”

So let us pause, look up, and see
This fleeting gift of mystery.
A promise painted in the rain—
