You can’t pour from an empty cup. 🤍

Taking an hour to focus on myself doesn’t make me selfish—it helps me show up as the best version of myself for my daughter and for me.

Postpartum has taught me that healing isn’t just physical. It’s emotional, mental, and learning to give yourself grace on the days you don’t feel like yourself.

So here’s your reminder: if you’ve been putting yourself last, this is your sign to do something that makes you feel good. Whether it’s a facial, a walk, a nap, or simply taking a moment to breathe—you deserve care too.

Here’s to choosing ourselves without guilt. ✨ #PostpartumJourney #SelfCare #Healing #Motherhood PostpartumHealing by @kiranyree
