Meet Seed Library bartender @kircarmel, lover of Gin Martinis, sunshine, and amaro.

Originally from South Jersey, Kirsten moved to NYC for school and never left. At Seed Library, she loves “The goofballs I get to work with on a daily basis, while simultaneously learning from some of the best in the biz.”

Favourite Lyan Drink: “That C.R.E.A.M. MARG, BABY!”

Secret Talent: “Buying books faster than I can read them.”

Hobbies: “Forever diving into my collection of books, solo dining, working out, writing, and going to gigs.”

Any Pets?! “I have a small Brooklyn farm by proxy. I am an auntie to my dear roommate’s two cats & two dogs: Gus, Murphy, Jasper and Morrison.”

Fave Bars: Bar Americano (NYC), Hartley’s (NYC), Meetinghouse (Philadelphia…go birds), Bird (Copenhagen), El Gallo Altanero (Guadalajara).
