Ended up being inspired by my pookies Leah, Dani and Sara for this AU and so here it the official reference for the babies--

I would've added more slides if yesterday migraine didn't paralyze me so for now there's just the little comic~

Neither Shisei nor Omoi ever thought that from their friendship something more was going to blossom, they were happy the way everything was already, yet it felt like the seed was planted way earlier as its roots now felt so deep and those feelings had grown so big and strong.
It was like the day they met, their destinies ended up intertwining just like their red threads ended up merging together as the roads they walked now became one, the obstacles they would face could be many, big or small, but together they would be able to face them all.
Whenever Shisei looked by his side, Omoi always stood there, it was something that gave him a sense of stability and reassurance, even just being able to feel their shoulders brushing against each other made him feel calm and safe, but holding hands had a way deeper meaning to him, it was something so silly, yet to him it was proof that he was able to overcome his own fears, it was one of the biggest steps he had ever taken in his life, and he’d hold Omoi’s hand with pride, not matter how childish it could seem to others.

Shisei ended up paralyzed on the spot, whatever that liquid that covered his body was it ended up making him spiral, in vain where the screams from his teammates to move, every sound was muffled, distant, almost inaudible as he knelt on cold ground, hands shaking and the air he tried to breathe struggled to go through his throat either in or out like like he was being subtly choked by an invisible hand.
He was so much out of it that he hadn’t realized someone was running towards him, katana in hand ready to strike, he kept staring at that liquid dripping from his hands slowly, it was thick and slimy and disgusting, very disgusting, it was dirty, filthy, the voices in his head that kept repeating how gross and nasty he was, were louder than any other sound or yell around him, so deafening and it was impossible to ignore them, not that he was able to even try in that moment
It was but a split of a second, that was all it was needed to change his life completely for the worse, something warm ended up on his face that made him snap out of his trance, what was that?
The green haired boy slowly touched his face, it was a dark substance that mixed with what was already covering his body, he didn't even notice that he was starting to feel weaker by the minute either, that sticky gelatinous layer was slowly draining his chakra , but in that moment that was the least of his problems.

For as long as he could remember, Shisei had never felt hands as soft as Dani’s, at least other than his beloved mother’s hands. Being careful about his appearance was something that he valued; not for vanity, but to keep himself both clean and tidy. Even a task as simple as brushing his own hair prioritized effort over laziness. As a child, his mother would hum quietly, her sweet voice echoing through Shisei’s ears as she gently brushed through all the tangles… all the knots…making sure that Shisei did not protest or wince from pain.

But as he got older, Shisei decided to try and take care of his own hair. However, there were days where he cried helplessly because he did not feel that warm embrace he felt from his mother. Sometimes, the knots in his hair would not even untangle themselves freely. As a result, Shisei would stop, his cries echoing and bouncing off the very wall in which he threw his hairbrush.

During one of these moments, instead of asking him what was wrong, Dani paused, bending down to carefully wipe Shisei’s face with a handerchief. Next, she took the hairbrush from the floor as she motioned for Shisei to sit on the bed. Startled, Shisei obeyed, watching as Dani carefully began to brush away at the knots, smoothing out his beautiful, green-coloured hair [more in comments]

Not long after Gaara and Raziela became a couple, they traveled to Kumogakure, where they met Raziela's close friend Shisei and his husband, Omoi, who had agreed to show them around the village.

Everything was going perfectly well until Gaara had what he apparently considered a very practical idea: rather than walking through the entire village to get an overview, he could simply create a large platform of sand and lift all four of them high above Kumogakure. Efficient, quick, perfectly safe - at least according to Gaara.

What he did not know was that Shisei absolutely hated sand, while Omoi possessed the unfortunate ability to mentally transform even the safest situation into seventeen increasingly elaborate ways to die. The moment the platform rose high above the village, Omoi's thoughts began racing. What if the platform isn't stable enough? What if I lose my balance? What if Gaara loses concentration? What if a bird distracts him? Can the Kazekage even be distracted by birds? What happens if-

Beside him, Shisei had developed an entirely different survival strategy and was practically glued to his husband, carefully positioning himself so that as little of his body as humanly possible touched the offensive substance beneath them. Gaara stood perfectly composed in the middle of his creation, silently observing the two men with an increasingly skeptical look in his pale eyes, clearly unable to understand why anyone was reacting this way to something as harmless as sand.

Raziela, who understood everyone involved well enough to recognize the disaster unfolding before her, could only give a nervous little laugh. When she finally asked whether the two of them were all right, Omoi and Shisei exchanged one brief look, simultaneously raised their thumbs despite neither looking remotely comfortable, and answered with impressive conviction, “This is fine.”

Gaara stared at them for another long second. Somehow, he did not believe them.

Finally they are here, the The Last designs of the babies 😭
I finally finished this so one less thing to worry from my to-do list~

As the 4SWW came to an end, the shinobi world encountered a period of peace, though after such a big event not everyone came out unscated, be it physically or mentally.
Sehisei, who was already sporadically working on himself even beforehand, begun a more serious program to help him with his mental health also with the help of Dani who joined his first meeting with a psychologist until he was ready to deal with everything on his own.
At the same time Omoi instead had started learning wood carving, being taught my some experts from the Kumada Clan and it somehow and surprisingly kept his overthinking at bay, the star Shisei's had around his neck is one of his first creations.
In The Last time period they have been together for about a year and had both received their bears, Omoi a Moon Bear which he named Yutaka while Shisei bonded with a Panda Bear which he named Seito, they trained with them to learn how to work together.
The charms on Omoi's swords are gifts from Shisei and their braids were made by our queen Dani obviously <3

I missed my babies so much OMG finally posting something about them 😭

Just a play of shadows was enough for Shisei’s mind to start daydreaming, surely what he was seeing wasn’t as clear as it seemed to him, maybe he was just hallucinating overall as his heart kept wanting to take control over his brain, but reality always brought him back always so quickly that it hurt so deeply.

If he could only take that jump without fearing the fall…

But instead he was there staring at shadows showing him his deepest desires, that one reality that he believed to be unreachable, so much so that he never even dared to take his chance, it didn’t matter how much he thought about it, how much he imagined how things could go, because his real self wasn’t even able to reach for a hug.

All he could do was to simply keep going acting as he always did, with his heart stinging at each glance, or at each time his mind dared to imagine a bit further than reality.

He never knew loving someone could be that painful, yet he couldn't stop doing so either.

“Taiyo, you silly goose!” Dani chuckled as the three amigos let out peals of laughter.

“What??? It’s the truth!” Taiyo replied. “I don’t care how long it’ll take, but I’m going to try and apply for that new shampoo commercial. It will do wonders to my aura…and hair!”

Shisei sighed, scratching his neck.

“But what if they don’t accept you? There will be thousands of people applying…your chances are slim to no-“

But Taiyo only smirked, looking over at Dani.

“He seems to have taken a page or two from Omoi’s book of worries”

Dani smiled back. “Relax! Shisei is fine! And besides, I couldn’t have asked for a better friend, or friends in this case” she finished with a chuckle, smiling as Taiyo wrapped his arms around Shisei and Dani.

Shisei smiled shyly. “Taiyo! Don’t squeeze me too hard!”

“Relax buddy! This is just me showing my appreciation for you both!” Taiyo exclaimed, as everyone then stared at everyone reading this caption.

“And for our creators too.”

Ok, I was thinking to wait, but it is now midnight here in Italy and technically it's his bday already so...

Happy bday to Shisei~

I'm so happy I've created this character as he is making me so happy 😭
I've drawn two pictures as I ended up having more ideas in the end, for which I am glad tbh because I needed him to both celebrate with Omoi and also his found family too!
And OmoShi is living rent free into my head 24/7 if no one hadn't realized just yet-- I love them so much it makes me feel sick.

Also I have thank everyone who is supporting me as you are all truly amazing and I'm so very grateful of every and each of you!
I've never expected one of my characters to be liked so much as I pretty much create them for fun and also as a way to vent and Shisei had become one special OC now even if all my babies are, but he is a little step above all of the other 🥹
And to all of my closer friends I love you all sm, I'm gonna come and smooch you on the forehead one by one and then place you in my pockets for safekeeping forever 💚

I've seen a similar drawing on Pinterest that ended up inspiring me as it fits them so well as jigsaws are symbolic for them and also this shows the yearning so well even if from one side only, but trust me it's mutual~

Breathe, Omoi…you need to focus…

Omoi inhaled, his eyes closing as he tried to focus on the task at hand.

Wait… no…. What if he rejects me? What if I’m not good enough for him? What if I confess everything like a talking avalanche and he drowns in embarrassment?

Omoi opened his eyes, staring down at the endless collection of puzzle pieces, both colourful yet demanding of the last piece.

His last piece.

His heart beat faster. In his mind, he could remember all the times he looked at his beloved Shisei. The smell of his eucalyptus-scented shampoo…the sight of Shisei’s blush creeping across his cheeks…the sound of his hearty laugh whenever Omoi tried to impress him with a joke or goofy storytime. The taste of freedom whenever Omoi got to spend time with Shisei.

And finally.

The electrifying shock that tantalized his chest whenever Shisei brushed his hand against his.

Omoi smiled, a warmth spreading across his chest, flowing through his veins as he slowly lifted the puzzle piece toward his lips. The outer shape of his lips kissed what was to be the final piece that would unite him with Shisei.

Uniting them together like two pieces in a puzzle.

Sticking together through the good and bad times. Through every storm, every drought. Every laugh and every meltdown. Every panic attack, but also in every hand-holding embrace.
