Proving myself wrong was the best thing I did for myself.

Starting Juniper was scary and I didn’t ever thing it would work for me, I thought I’ll give it a go but I’m not holding out much hope, now at 3 1/2 stone loss and in my 4th month of Juniper I am so much happier in myself, the confidence Juniper has given me is amazing, I can finally see my old self coming through and already I am a happier version of me.

We had such a fun time this morning at @twycrosszoo very own Room on the Broom corn maze! I absolutely love the book, I think I must read a Julia Donaldson at least once a week so this was exciting!
