POSTS STORIES REELS

It’s set in stone. Officially fulfilled my contractual obligations and inked the deal to successfully exit my vertically integrated enterprise I spent the last 6.5 years building. Two days ago, I got to share how I did it.

Along the way, I took some bruises. I muscled through some necessary lessons. But all of it… worth it. I grew. I changed the lives around me and blew my own inherited limiting beliefs.

The past I often try to mask is the one that made me. The one that helped me shake the rough patches along the way and keep rolling when solutions looked dang near impossible. It’s all a part of the story.

Thank God for constant growth.

Never forgot where we started. But it’s time to hit another level. To keep showing up. And showing God’s greatest. It’s the Architect of Alignment era.

Came a long way from the red Cutty.

I talk with fathers every week who are barely surviving at work, slowly losing grip at the crib, and see their bodies suffering in the process. When the convo starts getting real, I hear the same three sentences:

“I’ll do it later.”
Later is a bet that life will calm down on its own. Bro, we both know life ain’t just giving breaks like that. At least not for long.

“Time will fix it.”
Time fixes nothing by itself. Time just makes the drift feel normal while your lady and kids get the left over pieces of you.

“I’ll suck it up and it’ll work out eventually.”
This is the one I hear most. But whatever waits for leftover time gets whatever is left, and there is never anything left.

Time to tighten up, my brother.

He said it plain: “I was messed up.”

Comment CALENDAR below and I will send you the free starter version of the system that did it. Free. No strings attached.

Not lazy. Not untalented. Unorganized.

One of my clients came to me with his weeks running him. Work blurred together, follow ups slipped, and he could not tell you his billable hours if you asked.

We did not start with motivation. We started with his calendar.

One system. Color coded blocks. Everything in one place: work, money, follow ups, family.

Now something new comes in about once a week. He knows his billable hours. He gives money back when the numbers say he should, and his balance sits at zero. That is why people trust him. That is why they keep calling.

Consistency built that. Structure built that.

He paid to build this system with me. You do not have to start there. I turned the starter version into a free guide: the calendars, the colors, the sample week, and the 15 minute Sunday reset.

Just comment CALENDAR below and I will send it to you myself. Free. No strings. The same first step I gave him.

A week with no system will run you. A week with one starts to answer to you. Start with the calendar and see what it shows you.

Architect of Alignment is not about a man leaving his job… I don’t teach that premise. It’s about you stepping into your calling to give to the world fully, my brother. by @kirkdwelsh

26.2 Miles later. We did it Gee. Grateful to stay down and make good on my word to you.

Shout out my dawg @_tommystrawn_ for this unexpected gift. Grabbing some unscripted and real moments with the support system.

Forever appreciative of the family and my bruddas that support all of my insane goals. Extended to my loved ones not photographed. This life is nothing without yall. Thank you for inspiring me to go harder.

Thank God for His Greatness.

WAITING FOR THE PERFECT TIME.

The Cost Waiting is expensive and it’s a losing strategy. I was not about to let it get in the way of this champions breakthrough...
