Double win at the Latvian Championship 🥇🥇
I’m not a self-made person. Everything I achieve is also thanks to the amazing people around me — those who see the fire in my eyes, believe in me, and know how much I love this journey.
Together, we succeed again. But this is not the finish line — just another step forward toward new goals, new challenges, and new dreams.
The journey goes on. 🔥🥋

Polish Open 🇵🇱 2026

Seniors: R64✅ R32✅ R16 2:3; Masters: R8✅ Semifinal ✅ Final✅
Standing before the final match, I reminded myself how far this journey has taken me.
The season is over, and I’m proud of the results we achieved. This year was all about learning, growing, and improving my performance every single day.
None of this would have been possible without the support of my team, my family, and club.
Now it’s time for the next big step.
The next season starts right now. 🇱🇻 taken in Hala Pod Dębowcem by @kirroy

Amazing weekend at Arnold’s birthplace in Thal, Austria.

Coming back here felt like returning to my “second-grade classroom.” You miss your classmates, your teachers, and of course the principal, Arnold Schwarzenegger— and then suddenly you’re all together again. That’s exactly how warm and welcoming it felt.Just like a year ago, I felt incredibly supported by everyone around me.

My first attempt at 167 kg didn’t feel quite right, so I was a bit confused about how the day would go. 😅 But you won’t truly understand it until you experience it yourself. The way the crowd supports you, the feeling of doing these reps in front of Arnold, and hearing a few simple words from @ketchthepump that instantly remind you of the success story from a year ago...

Everything suddenly clicks. Your mind becomes clear, your focus sharpens, and you just go for it.

This weekend wasn’t about setting a new PR. It was about proving that I’m stronger, more confident, and technically better than I was before. If you compare my videos from last year and this year, you’ll see the difference. Last year, I pulled 207 kg for a PR. This year, I matched 207 kg with much better technique, more confidence, and far greater control.

Maybe it was Arnold’s handshake after my 187 kg lift. I never miss an opportunity to make eye contact with Arnold — it’s one of those small moments that gives you extra energy and motivation.

Either way, stepping up to 207 kg felt completely different this time. More confidence. More control. A clearer vision.

What impressed me most was the incredible community behind the @arnoldspumpclub . People from all over the world, connected by the same passion: lifting, improving themselves, staying in shape, and pushing their limits.

Sunday started early, as usual. We spent time talking, watching live music, taking pictures, collecting autographs, and simply enjoying the atmosphere.

Then came the main event — Arnold’s village, where we gathered to chase new personal records.

I met @bornfitness and @ketchthepump, and we agreed that it was time to chase a new PR. Even with a competition coming up next week, I decided to go heavy. Looking back, it was definitely the r taken in Thal, Austria by @kirroy

I recently visited Baku, Azerbaijan for a Kata seminar with @roman_heydarov , and it was exactly the knowledge refresh I needed. I worked hard—both in the dojo and back at the hotel—repeating, analyzing, and filming every tip to make sure I absorbed as much as possible.
It was truly time well spent in Baku. I gained a lot of new insights, refined my technique, and now I’m ready to reboost my performance with renewed energy and focus.
A big thank you to @rigas_dome and @latvian_karate for supporting my wish to be there—your support made this seminar trip possible.
And especially, @roman_heydarov thanks for invitation and willingness to help, and dedication to improving my kata. Your guidance means a lot.
Time for work! 🥋 ⭐️ 🇦🇿 taken in Baku, Azerbaijan by @kirroy

Unbelievable Moment. Unforgettable Memory.

@schwarzenegger , @bornfitness , and @ketchthepump inspired me to push for my goal—and I did it.

Can you imagine this? I was preparing to hit a personal record: a 210kg deadlift, right in the yard of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s childhood home in Thal, Austria. Surrounded by incredible people, the energy was unreal. And there I was, next in line, about to lift in front of the legend himself—Arnold. Even now, it’s hard to put into words what I felt in that moment.

But one thing was clear:
I had to lift that 210kg.

Okay, my turn.

I grabbed the chalk.
Rubbed my hands.
Reset my mind.
Took a deep breath...
Pause... I felt completely free.

It’s time.

I stepped up to the deadlift station.
Took my position.
Looked up one last time—straight into Arnold’s eyes.
And I was ready. Completely focused. Silent inside.
I repeated the words he said earlier:

“You will do it. Get your mind in—and do it.”
Silence. BOOM.
I lifted it.
And then came the proudest words:
“I DID IT.”

Believe it or not, the inspiration from Arnold, Adam, Daniel, and everyone around me pushed me to break my limits and set a new personal record. The applause. The congratulations. Hearing “fantastic” “very nice” from Arnold himself…

It was pure happiness.
It will stay with me forever.

P.S. It happened on my 777th day as a member of @arnoldspumpclub.
What a way to celebrate the journey. taken in Arnold Schwarzenegger Museum Thal by @kirroy
