Don’t Flock Me

Florida is quietly becoming a surveillance state.

AI-powered Flock cameras are tracking where we drive. I am calling for a pause on new installations and will fight for warrant protections to keep your data private.

New College of Florida ranked last in the state for cost efficiency just engineered shutdown USF Sarasota Manatee campus and was handed its property, buildings, and debt.

The nursing, teaching, and veterans programs this community built over five decades are GONE. The bill comes to you and all of us, Florida taxpayers.

We're paying to destroy our own community assets. Time to send the self-dealing politicians home.

As Sarasota Mayor, I took on developers, and big utilities.

Sydney Gruters takes big money from, and invests in AI data center developments.

She gets rich, while our costs go up. Sydney Gruters is with the AI developers. Not us.

This was farmland. It’s about to be a massive data center. I’m Kelly Kirschner. Growing up, I worked in my family’s citrus business. As Sarasota’s Mayor, I took on powerful developers. In Congress, I’ll fight corruption.

Sydney Gruters takes big money from, and invests in data center developers and utilities - some with ties to China - while our costs go up. I’m on your side. Gruters... is with them.

Congresswoman Lauren Underwood of the DCCC’s Red to Blue program came to FL-16 to stand with Kelly Kirschner: a proven leader against a candidate backed by the RNC chairman’s dark-money network.

Thanking my opponent for endorsing our campaign by borrowing our affordability and anti-corruption platform, but Southwest Florida deserves someone who has lived this message.

This afternoon, I was honored to participate in Freedom Village’s Candidate Meet & Greet in Bradenton.

I enjoyed speaking with residents and guests about the issues that matter. It was also great to see my friend and former five-term Republican Congressman, Dan Miller, co-chair of Republicans for Kirschner.

My opponent, @sydneygrutersforcongress sent her campaign staff to hear me speak about my public service background, my refusal to take corporate PAC money, and my commitment to always fight to protect Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security.

Maybe they liked what they heard enough to come volunteer or intern on our campaign?

If you’d like to learn more about our winning message, like Gruters’ staff, want to volunteer, or make a small contribution so we can purchase more yard signs, please do so at kellykirschner.com. Let’s fix this! by @kirschnerforcongress

Let’s keep the country, country.

I’m fighting to protect our communities, preserve our way of life, and keep developers and data center companies from calling the shots. Unlike my opponent, I’m not bankrolled by their interests.

That is why the list of endorsers who care for this campaign and our communities keeps growing.

I answer to the people who call this community home.

When I served in the U.S. Peace Corps in rural Guatemala, he met children shining shoes who weren’t even enrolled in elementary school.

Kelly helped them organize so they could earn a fair wage and, most importantly, have a path to education.

William was one of those young shoeshiners.

Today, he is an attorney.

This is what servant leadership looks like. It’s not about making promises. It’s about seeing a problem, standing with people, and helping create opportunities that can change a life.

Now William is standing with Kelly because he knows the kind of leader Kelly is.
