ACICS LDNX 10K at Wembley

Why Did My 10K Take 1 Hour 52 Minutes 44 Seconds?

What started as my first 10K turned into something I never expected. Around 5K, a man suffered a cardiac arrest, and a group of us stopped to help until the ambulance arrived.

The finish time became irrelevant. We had to help someone who needed it, and I'm proud of everyone who stepped in 💙

Well done to everyone who helped out @therenaissancetraveller @fi__mb @aliciavdmcj and everyone else I didn't get to talk to👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. Also the ambulance 🚑 team 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽.

1:52:44 — a day I'll never forget.
