Thailand for my 30th feels like another lifetime now. At the start of this year I was taking long showers just to calm my mind, and I had so much anxiety around sleeping that I’d fall asleep to random sound playlists. That’s how Dan Kraus ended up in my Spotify Wrapped as my third most-played artist. I didn’t even know who he was, his sounds just helped me breathe through some heavy nights.

Looking back now, I can honestly say I’m standing in a place younger me would be proud of. Growing up I always told myself “I’ll do it when I’m older” or “I’ll buy it when I’m older”, and it hits different realising I’m finally doing those things.

I put a lot of pressure on myself so sometimes achieving a goal feels more like relief than celebration. But I’m learning to slow down, to honour the moments, and to actually feel proud.

Posting these before sharing the rest of this year’s trips. Life has stretched me, softened me, and grown me. Grateful for all of it. ✨ by @kishy95

Cry Baby.

Got this tattoo today, not just for the name, but for the year that quietly broke me. For the days I smiled while hurting, and the nights I carried more than anyone knew.

This year, I lost more than things. I lost parts of myself. Parts I loved. Parts I thought would always be there. I have stood in crowded rooms and still felt completely alone.

In the middle of all, Loosen Up was born.
Not just a business, but something that helped hold me together. I built it with a tired heart and shaky hands, but it gave me purpose when I needed it most.

And you were there. Whether you reposted, followed, liked, shared, or quietly rooted for me, thank you. You reminded me this mattered.

I am sorry if it feels like all I post about now is Loosen Up. It is more than a product to me. It is healing

To mark this new chapter and to remember this milestone , I got Loosen Up tattooed too.

There is so much more to come.
