Over the years, I've become increasingly drawn to studying what happens after our life fractures. Seasons when people are rebuilding their routines, navigating identity loss, stepping into new circles, grieving, or simply trying to figure out how to make the next step forward, are sacred seasons to me. Historically, a "waystation" was a place where travelers stopped to rest, replenish, tend to what was broken, recalibrate the map and prepare for the next stretch of the journey. It wasn't the end of the journey. It was the place that made continuing the journey - possible. Waystation Consulting is built on my lifelong belief: after a disorienting life event people need time to rest, remember who they are, reclaim their dignity, rediscover hope, and then, and only then - keep going. Waystation will offer community, reflection, stories, research, and practical insights on resilience, leadership, grief, identity, and the journeys that shape us.
