The difference between contour and bronzer is all about the tone and placement.

I used @kikomilano sculpting touch creamy stick contour in the shade hazelnut. It’s a budget buy but such a goody!

1. I never ever go to bed with my makeup on…no matter how late!

2. Skincare first. Consistency is key for that glow!

3. Facial massage every morning. It doesn’t matter if you use gua sha, suction cups or your hands, just do it!

4. At least 2 litres of water every day. Stick a lemon, cucumber or mint in it, whatever you need to do.

5. SPF every day…that is all.

6. I move every day…whether it’s a workout or walk, I never regret it.

7. I eat for my skin. Berries, dark chocolate, leafy greens - your diet really shows on your skin.

8. I make time to get ready and feel good about myself.

Can we talk about eyebrows for a minute?

Because I genuinely think they’re one of the most overlooked beauty tweaks in midlife.

As we get older, our brows often become lighter, sparser and lose definition so gradually that we barely notice it happening.

Then we wonder why our face looks a little more tired... or why our makeup doesn’t seem to have the same effect it used to.
It’s usually your brows!

Tinting them isn’t about making them darker or bolder.
It’s about bringing back the shape that naturally frames your eyes and gives your face a little more definition.
It’s one of those small changes that people can’t quite put their finger on.

They just think you look fresher.
And that’s exactly the kind of beauty advice I love sharing.
No chasing youth.
No complicated routines.
No pressure to “fix” yourself.
Just simple, realistic tips that help women over 40 feel more confident in the skin they’re in.

3 months until the end of the year.

Walk outside every day
Drink 2-3 litres of water
Eat for your skin

As we get older, less is more!

Try this technique:

Add foundation to the back of your hand and smoosh it into a flat, wide brush.

Gently stipple it onto your face, don’t swipe! Focus on the areas that need it most and don’t get too close to the hairline or the under eyes (you don’t want to double up on foundation and concealer under your eyes!)

For a super smooth finish, blot off the excess with a sponge.

Perfect results every time!

Right, let’s talk eyebrows...

Because if you’ve been drawing your brows the same way for the last 20 years, this one’s for you.

And listen, I’m not here to tell you that you’ve been doing your makeup WRONG all this time.

But as we get older, our brows can change, our preferences can change, and sometimes the techniques that used to work for us just don’t give us the finish we’re looking for anymore.

The biggest mistake I see?

Drawing your brows on too heavily, too harshly, or in a shape that doesn’t quite work with your natural features.

In this video, I’m showing you what I would avoid doing and what I’d recommend trying instead.

Brow mapping can make your brows look softer, more natural, beautifully defined and will suit your eye shape.
