Introducing a new face at Kit!! - Eric!!!

Eric’s Favourite drink is a cappuccino (he says it’s essentially the consistency of a coffee mash-mellow) Yum!
He’s also a die hard bacon and egg croissant lover - seriously if you haven’t tried it you have to !!

Eric is currently applying to his masters of counselling psychology to work with teens, he’s a self proclaimed fantasy nerd and enjoys his Sunday rides on his motorcycle 😎

Fun Fact !! - Eric used to serve Leslie Feist in Toronto…he never let on that he knew who she was so he could capture the magic of having natural genuine convos with her…shhh

Stop by kit and make sure to give him some love, he is welcoming and full of warmth ☕️✨ by @kitcafeptbo

Today was my last day operating as the owner of Kit Coffee! This bittersweet transition is truly such a beautiful time of hope and growth and thankfulness for both myself and Morgana.

As I was growing out of the role I’d made for myself here and needing change, I’ve watched Morgana grow into such a strong, competent, generous and incredible woman over the past 5 years of her working for me and helping run the ship, and I could not be luckier to have her to pass the torch on to.

The community that has grown up around Kit is so important, and so wonderful, it has been such an incredible blessing and privilege to have watched it flourish, and I’m so glad I get to continue being a part of it in a new way. I am leaving this dream, that started over 20 years ago, in amazing hands and can’t wait to watch how it grows.

I will be definitely still be around both downtown and at Kit, (maybe enjoying the front window seats for myself this time!) please feel free to follow my personal account @helenevamccarthy and don’t be a stranger!

Just learned that while no cash was taken from Kit, our neighbours @nicheptbo did have their cash float stolen this morning. 😑 They had a break in only a few months ago too.
It’s the one downside to our shops being connected from the inside.

Please show them some extra love, they have amazing prices for vintage and thrift clothes, books, art, kitchen items, furniture and collectibles! by @kitcafeptbo
