Before we officially publicize this on the business page… I just need to say something.

Two years in a row.

That’s not luck. That’s consistency. That’s culture. That’s commitment.

Being recognized as Best of 2026 — for the second year in a row honestly leaves me at a loss for words. This isn’t just an award to us. It’s proof that hard work, dedication, innovation, perseverance, and simply being a genuine person still win.

We’ve never chased trophies. We’ve chased excellence.

What started as a way to provide has turned into something much bigger than income. It’s become a vehicle for legacy. Every early morning. Every late night. Every problem solved. Every “impossible” project you trusted us with — that’s what built this.

You’ve allowed us to bring vision to life.
To push creative boundaries.
To showcase true 1/1 craftsmanship.
To turn conceptual ideas into tangible reality.

And we don’t take that lightly.

We are blessed to offer the service we do.
We are blessed to meet the incredible people we meet.
And we are deeply grateful for every client who continues to believe in us and trust us with their homes, their dreams, and their investments.

God is good.

Two years down.
We’re just getting started ❤️

Hiring: Part-Time Operations & Client Coordinator (Construction/Remodeling)

We’re a growing residential remodeling company looking for a reliable, organized, detail-oriented person to help with client communication and day-to-day organization as new projects come in.

This role is not sales, not design, and not field work. It’s an admin/operations position focused on keeping projects, schedules, and communication running smoothly.

What you’d be doing:
• Managing client emails and texts
• Scheduling site visits and meetings
• Tracking projects from lead → estimate → active job
• Organizing documents, selections, and photos
• Sending invoices and payment reminders
• Keeping our project system organized and up to date

Who this is great for:
• Someone with construction, remodeling, or property management admin experience
• Very organized and detail-oriented
• Calm, professional communicator
• Comfortable with email, scheduling, and basic software
• Likes structure and checklists

Who this is NOT for:
• Sales or design roles
• Field or labor work
• Someone who dislikes systems or follow-through

Details:
• 15–25 hours/week to start
• Potential to grow into full-time
• Competitive Pay
• Mostly remote (local applicants preferred)

To apply:
Please message me with a short intro about your experience and why you’d be a good fit for an organization-focused role. taken in Bethany Beach, Delaware by @kitchensbywill
