7 kind ways to keep Christmas on budget when it's all on one income. Save this one. 🎄

1. Pick your number first, then split it.
2. Start a weekly pot now. £5 a week from today is about £50 by mid-December.
3. One big, one little: one main present and one small one per child.
4. Write the food list early and add a few extras to each weekly shop.
5. Make a free advent: a note or a tiny job each day.
6. Agree a gift limit with family. Most people are relieved you asked.
7. Track every spend as you go, so January isn't a surprise.

Christmas on a budget doesn't mean a smaller Christmas. It just means fewer surprises.

The Kitchen Table Reset: a gentle 90-day plan for the primary parent ☕

I needed that sentence when I was the one holding everything together on my own: the forms, the money, the dinners, the worrying at 2am. Hard chapters do end, even when it doesn't feel like it.
