i don’t really know where to begin 🥹

this month was something. over 106 loaves, 26 focaccias, 418 cookies, 93 muffins, 86 bagels, cinnamon rolls, pretzel bites, scones, croissants, english muffins, brownies and so on (i didn’t keep track the whole time)

when someone you know and love gets diagnosed with cancer it’s a punch to the gut.

when someone you plan on spending the rest of your life with gets diagnosed with cancer it’s a different kind of pain and emptiness. putting life, hopes and dreams on hold and the only thing you’re left with is to pray for the best.

this has become an outlet for my feelings. i know a lot of people do this but its not a project, i don’t do this for the money, i don’t do it to be the best, i do it because it’s the only thing that has given me time to think life is normal. ive had my moments but i do love doing this. and you guys have def fed my ego with your compliments. so i don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon.

there is so much that needs to change within our food industry. it’s killing people. so many weird auto immunes, so many random cancers, so many sickness’s. i’m just trying to do my part to help people feel like they can eat the fun things again without having to worry about what is going into their bodies.

the main part of this post is if you didn’t know when you ordered from me this past month you donated directly to kidney cancer. not the profits because as some of you know im not good at math and what’s a profit anyway 🤣 you guys have bought $3,015 worth of food from me.

all that’s going towards kidney cancer research. to help give the hows and whys to future families that will unfortunately be put in the same position as us and so many others.

i want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. i didn’t really think much was going to happen but what ive learned is in some communities they will do anything for someone they love. everyone loves Jeff. me, im a bit of a preferred taste with that being said i feel immense gratitude towards you all 🙏🏼🙏🏼

my favorite smelling loaf to bake

italian herb + cheese-
a combination of italian herb seasoning & garlic + parmesan, asiago, provolone & mozzarella.
smells like pizza tastes like a breadstick.

pain au chocolat-
it is a crossiant based sourdough. homemade butter is grated into each set of stretch and folds with guittard milk chocolate and super cookie chocolate chips mixed throughout. it’s oh so flaky, delicate and buttery. melts right in your mouth
