Lace-up pinstripe halter dress reworked by me from a y2k does 70s dress.

measurements: 38” waist that can be loosened
model stats: size large, 41" bust, 34" waist, 43" hips, 5’6.5”

flaws: not perfect since I’m a novice at sewing. the straps are definitely messy but you hardly see it once you tie them
