💛 Really enjoyed getting to listen to Dr Mathilde Pavis (@thevoicecounsel) today on a webinar focusing on AI: contracts and protections for young performers. ✨

Loads of brilliant information regarding this rapidly changing part of the industry 💡

We’re delighted to share that following an application process, background checks, and reviewal of our policies, procedures and contracts, Kit Talent is now an Associate Member of the Association of Young Performers’ Agencies (AYPA)! ✨

AYPA brings together agencies committed to supporting young performers and upholding high professional standards across the industry.

For us, this is another important step in our journey as an agency and a reflection of our commitment to providing young talent and their families with professional, ethical, responsible and supportive representation.

We’re incredibly proud to be part of the AYPA community and look forward to continuing to champion our young performers every step of the way. 💛
