“FREE ‘N’ EASY” The EP is out NOW! 🤙🏽

I thought it would be really meaningful to share some behind-the-scenes photos of the last 12 months making this EP and some of the people, memories and experiences on this journey.

I’d like to thank my wonderful friend Nic for inspiring the rhythm of this record first and foremost and Mike, Josie, Andy, Adam, Morgan, Elysa, Rich, Natalie, Terri, Big Max, Max, Dan, Darren, Nick, Latif and our friends and families for tour managing, hanging out and the teamwork that has gone into the last 12 months creating this record 💙

The whole EP is about small moments of relief whilst making it through to the other side. I can only hope that this record, as soon as you put it on, gives you that little bit more breathing space and to be in the moment, as it is. Not trying to change anything, just to simple “Be” with it, and breathe through 🌊

Tracklisting

1. Free ‘N’ Easy

Opening for my favourite band of ALL time!!! @reefband on their Autumn Tour 2026!!! 🦈🦈🦈

What this band symbolises to me is the same freedom I feel when I jump in the ocean and just LIVE! Forget all the BS, be in the moment and feel alive! Such an honour to share the stage with them and to top it off, with the beautifully honest @thevirginmarys 💀⚡️

Tickets available for our show with them at @tivolivenue on Saturday 24th October in Buckley, Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 at www.kittriggsucks.com 🦈🎸😄 Get in!!!!!!!!

Pretty big moment, my band is joining forces with @gibsonguitar !!!🦈🦈🦈

I am very honoured to be taking into the studio and out on the road, these timeless guitars!!! 🎸🌊
Flying the flag the same way Albert, Freddie and B.B King have with these guitars, not to mention Slash, Peter Green and well I mean… The list goes on is an achievement I never imagined as a kid.
It can’t go without saying I will still be representing my friend Jason’s fantastic @mayburyguitars Flying V which opened the door to my guitar sound in all honesty. It’s a full circle moment and I’m here for it!!! 😄🤙🌀

Let’s get recording.

Teaching beginner - professional, specialising in Blues, Contemporary and Country but we can look into Jazz, Rock and Metal too!
Happy to teach a tailored syllabus to yourself or grades 😃 if you are interested or know somebody who would be, please get in touch via a DM or an email at kittriggmusic@icloud.com

A BIG thank you Newcastle! 🥹🤙🏽
Absolutely wonderful energy in that room last night, our first headliner in your city centre and we thank you truly 🌊🤙🏽😄

In a world of isolation and confusion, it felt clear that we are all connected last night - how cool is that?

Brilliant stuff, now we are up and out to our last show of our headline tour. See you tonight @barnoldswickmusicandartscentre

There are not many tickets left in advance for this one so be quick on your feet to buy them at www.kittriggsucks.com/shows 🦈
