My Weekly Routine ☆

⭐️ Sunday – Morning gym session, either spin or a run & weights in my favourite new pants @oneractive

⭐️ Monday – Work from home, a slower evening to rest and recharge, but still making time for an evening walk every evening

⭐️ Tuesday – Evening commercial/dance class, learning routines and improving confidence!

⭐️ Wednesday – Evening pole fitness class, building strength and working on new moves.

⭐️ Thursday – Body Pump class, followed by heels dance once I start..!

⭐️ Friday – A well-deserved rest evening because who wants to sweat on a Friday? Not me.

⭐️ Saturday – Morning pole fitness class, absolutely love how this is at 9am, the perfect start to my weekends.

⭐️ Rest, reset & repeat

Best birthday ever! 🐴🧺⭐️

We spent the loveliest few days in Hope, staying in an old converted smithy with no neighbours and countryside all around us. It was so cosy!

🍷🥧 Found the loveliest little country pub nearby with genuinely some of the best pubby food we’ve ever had!

🐮🐑 I’m so into nature and little getaways like this, honestly couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend my birthday.

Self-serve froyo at my favourite place @frurtfroyo, with 70+ toppings to choose from..🍪🍓🍫

So easy to get carried away but that’s half the fun 🤭🍦

Ad ⭐️ Had to try the new @black_sheep_coffee x @vitacoco match’s cloud. It has such a hint of vanilla when mixed! 🤏🏼

I’ve been adding @dove.uki Personal Care - Whole Body to my routine before heading to pole, and it’s become such an easy staple in my bag. I love that it’s designed for more than just your underarms and helps me head into class feeling fresh and comfortable.

@bakedbybbean officially opened their doors last week, and it’s already one of the most talked-about new spots in Cheshire! 🍪✨

If you can’t make it to the café in Macclesfield, keep an eye out for their iconic Baked Van, which is located at @thedavenportarms 🧺🍪🚐
