7 Days of #vegan : Day #7 - Green Bowl 🌱 Simple clean and easy. It’s hard being a vegan and trying to keep Low carb especially when you don’t like beans and legumes and tempeh. Phew. Big kudos to all the vegans out there, you’re amazing. 👏 #cleaneats #cleaneating #cleancheating #eatclean #eatingclean #sgfood #health #healthfood #healthymeals #healthyeating #foodporn #fitfam #igsg #eatwell #healthyeats #wellness #nutrition #slowfood #gooddiet #healthyfood #healthmeals #healthymeal #foodsg #fitspo #vegetarian by @kittykittypuss

If there’s something I could eat Everyday, it would be salmon grainbowls 😍. Been trying to perfect a ginger chilli marinade which has everything good for you and this was a good attempt but not quite there yet 😉 Exciting times ahead! #cleaneats #cleaneating #cleaneat #cleancheating #eatclean #eatingclean #sgfood #health #healthfood #healthymeals #healthyeating #sgfoodies #foodporn #fitfam #fitspo #igsg #eatwell #healthyeats #wellness #nutrition #slowfood #grainbowl #gooddiet #healthyfood #healthmeals #healthymeal #foodsg by @kittykittypuss

Singapore F1 weekend 🏎️ How do I even begin to put this gratitude into words? The whole world converging on our little city. The buzz, the glitz, the glamour 😍 The biggest social calendar of the year never gets old and being my 14th year in Singapore and the first where I wasn’t working in a company directly related to the season, i set the intention to slow down (hard to believe but yes 🙈), be present and really soak it all in. 😌

Finally sitting down for a proper dinner during race season (a first, I never had the time before!). My first TOKEN2049 side event, even though I used to work in the space and never had time for those either 🙈!Catching up with old colleagues at the Red Bull Racing garage tours and at Music Matters and TOKEN2049. Got to sing, dance (and cry!) to @googoodollsofficial, my all time favourite band and my late sister’s too 🥹 This season was healing in more ways than one. It truly reminded of how much I love live entertainment, and blessed to be able to do what I do for a living 💖

Even somehow finding myself at 6am on Monday morning sitting on the same table watching Garrix play poker and Lando playing pool in the next room, before logging on for work like a normal person 🤣😭

So many pinch me moments, and above all, gratitude. Heart is full. Now let me sleep for two weeks. Thanks bye ✌️👋

First dinner (ever!) during F1 season with the girls welcoming Marika’s and Alex’s visit 💖

Forever a Red Bull fan. Once a musketeer, always a musketeer 🙌 truly grateful to the team for always welcoming me 😭 thank you @saifulrxza 🎁

A very hospitable @thomashunt3 🏆🥇 definitely the best the best the best garage tour guide 😉

Forever awkward taking photos myself, halp.

My gosh @jensonbutton 😍🫡 #legend

To be able to experience a @googoodollsofficial concert with @arinkatink - priceless. We sang, we danced, we hugged, i jumped like a monkey, I think I left pregnant 🤣🙈 What a great day to be alive - live entertainment! 🥰

Goo Goo Dolls played Name. Started with goosebumps, screams and smiles. Then I found myself bawling, it was embarrassing, but also so, so healing. And thank you @arink by @kittykittypuss

The B sides: 9 months of regulating my nervous system and learning that I could be so much more by doing so much less 😌 (being in Bali didn’t hurt 🙈) by @kittykittypuss

A month out from my first Vipassana and I went back in. 😳🙈

Just for one day this time, nevertheless still getting cold feet every day leading up to the day and my brains telling my body to abandon the thought every second it could. But I needed every minute of the stillness.

Integration is not a destination.
It is the ongoing work of choosing to return to yourself again and again and again, even when the real world pulls you back.

You learn, you fall, you go back, you remember. You falter, you go back.

This is the whole journey and I am grateful I found this path 😌 I truly wish this for everyone. Anyone wondering if they should do a vipassana, go. If you have questions, DM me 🙂

Here is what the first sit taught me. I hope it will teach you something too. ✨💖 by @kittykittypuss

The Yoga of Awareness: We numb, we distract, we suppress, we perform, all without truly ever stopping to ask what our soul truly needs, and to pause and really listen to the quiet and the answers from within.

Made a choice to close 2025, skipping WF and with doing more of the one thing that brings me the most joy - Kundalini Yoga, with a gruelling Teacher Training🧘🏻‍♀️

If you told me half a year before that I would be doing a YTT, I would have laughed in your face and said I wasn’t that woo woo 🤣. But the universe had other plans. The signs came one by one and when I finally stopped resisting, and getting quiet, the path opened easily. ✨

My days became simpler, although some days were tough; shaped by morning sadhanas with silence, breath, movement, meditation, study and constantly receiving - for the first time in my life, I felt ✨connected✨ with source, with myself.

Along the way, I learned that regulation isn’t about being calm all the time; it was about being honest with what’s there. That beneath the noise, the facade, the performance, the ego, the searching, the answers were really just within ourselves all this while. The body knows🪬💫🙏🏻.

Coursemates became family, 5am rises natural, plant based meals became the norm, and 12 hours classes became less taxing when I was studying something so profound - myself. 😌

Somewhere in that simplicity, I felt a shift.. not dramatically, but experienced slowly, gradually, still eminating. I don’t have the language for all of it yet, and im letting it sit in my body before trying to explain it with my mind, but for now, i am grateful I listened when things finally got quiet enough to hear. Still basking in the subtle energies, I am home🌀🐣 by @kittykittypuss

Throwback to the transformative sound performance by @noeliamadiedo at @TOKEN2049 Singapore in October 1–2, 2025 🇸🇬

A moment where sound met innovation, merging ancient frequencies with the pulse of one of the world’s most influential crypto and Web3 gatherings.

TOKEN2049 brought together visionaries, creators, and pioneers shaping the future of technology and human connection.

Grateful to Joanna Fong @kittykittypuss and the whole Token team for the invitation to share NAMO’s essence within this global space of ideas and evolution.
