In June we presented the visuals for @lanfestivalobrero, the workers’ film festival in Bilbao.

The focus of this eighth edition was to highlight the power of the collective in an increasingly individualistic social context.

The tides of workers’ struggle that have pushed society forward are still necessary today to sustain and drive other struggles.

People are represented as particles, like starlings gathering in flocks to become stronger against large predators. taken in Bilbao, Spain by @kitxune

Some time ago we animated in 2D the illustrations by @higinia_garay for “Cautivas,” a documentary directed by @itxaso_diaz that addresses the criminalization of abortion: 24 countries still prohibit it in all cases, and in El Salvador sentences can reach up to 40 years.
🏆 45 festival selections · 9 international awards
