Finished this overcoat last night at @thequilttree in a class taught by Karen. Don't miss the chance to take a class with her. Terrific teacher! Wonderful person. @thequilttree in Nyack, NY just above the Hudson River is a great little shop. The pattern is from @folkwaresewing.patterns made with Jennifer Sampou fabric from Robert Kaufman.

Tall Trim the Tree is finished and hung. Another UFO done. It looks terrific on the wall. It's about 26 inches by 76 inches - definitely a tall tree. Thanks to @thequilttree for the class a long time ago. My FMQ has improved a lot.

Finally got photos today of recent completed UFOs in my 4th quarter list. First two are wonderful quilt patterns that I tested for @canuckquilter . They've waited so long for the binding! The pillow was from a @thequilttree class. Christmas in a subtle way - doesn't it look at home on this weathered wood bench? Hang It Dang It bar makes it easy to get the top edge supported but the strong winds turned the quilts into sails. Not so easy

#bzzzzzzquilt top and backing are done and pin basted. Now the question is will it be quilted, bound and Santa FedEx deliver it by Christmas? Colors are much better in real life so better photos will come when it's finished.

The Tall Tree top and backing are done and pin basted . Fingers crossed it will be quilted, bound and hanging on the wall before Christmas. It's sure been a long time since it was started in class with you @bethanyquilt . Thank you again to you and @thequilttree for a fun class

Finished the small Carry Along bag from @sallietomatopatterns and a couple of key fobs. Perfect for quick gifts. Small bag is just right to carry a charging cable by @kivikathi

Most of the quilts that I make are gifted to someone else. Late, late last night I finished binding all the quilts on my binding pile. Pixel thinks this one is for her, but this is my new quilt. I'm keeping this for me! I love the stars and fabric choices on this one. Merry Christmas to me. 😁 by @kivikathi

Thanks to @devotedquilter I finished 4 WIPS this quarter for the #wipsbegone2021quarter1checkin !

The TARDIS is quilted after years! Great pattern from #huntersds . Notice Pixel wanted to go in the door! So cat!
The #bzzzzzzquilt top from #wholecirclestudiopattern is done.
The Christmas table topper is quilted and bound.

Bonus project was the deer pillow with piping. Thanks to @lisa_jenner and Maria of @thequilttree for coaching me on foot #12 and pillow piping.

First finish for #wipsbegone2021 hosted by @devotedquilter . This table topper has waited since 2014! Driving home from my brother's funeral I had bilateral pulmonary embolism. Bad. Almost killed me. This topper just waited and waited. Thanks to @jenstrauser with her virtual @gothamquilts machine binding class this is now finished! @thequilttree this striped fabric from you is perfect for binding. Pattern is @accuquilt . The topper really is straight. I just didn't get it hanging right on the wall. by @kivikathi

Got back to this UFO - Bzzzzzz from @wholecirclestudio. Sewed the second half of the bees and got it together. I love this and think it's so cute! Still have all the outside pieces to add, but it's been a great Sunday sewing
