Missy’s after her operation but sore and just wants cuddles lazy day in bed and she wouldn’t get off me so finally put her next to me so I could get up. She’s crashed most the day and had some breakfast and gave her a shot of pain relief and rest up couch potato we are today was supposed to do my groceries could be bothered watching women rugby instead good win for the Black Ferns against the French they didn’t give up the frogs. Wallaroos outclassed by the raining world champions the English red roses 🌹 Aussie girls just lacking something not quite sure they gave it there best and there were times they showed brilliant plays just couldn’t finish them. Unlucky England girls have a big pack and bullied the wallaroos in the scrum and mauls. When our girls play them next they well certainly have a battle on there hands be good to get some of our 7s girls involved in that game and some speedster ready I think we need to play away from the English pack spread them wide and make them run by @kiwidownuder

Every day, he's parked at the front gate at 4 pm, waiting for me to roll in from work, then we head out the back for a game of catch, but he's a bit of a ball hog and never gives it back until he's good and ready, by which point I'm over waiting for him. by @kiwidownuder
